Verbal
Letter Writing (Then, think they stated we should write a formal letter to a manager of an organization addressing the issue of some infrastructure related task that was executed and failed.. cant exactly)

However, I cant forget how they treated the few people that came more like clients rather than job seekers. Been a while I did the test though.

I was not invited for the test,but got a mail from them of an opportunity in Crest Agro Products. They said I should send an acceptance mail to them if I am interested in either crest officer or crest store keeper.

No worry naw. When employers send regret mails self, the usually say they will keep your qualifications in file in case of other suitable vacancies. Besides cadinal stones is an investment firm.
