As an office Assistant! smtimes i do av alot of work load and it takes up my lunch hr ! i get home so weak nd stressed up! i end up sleeping with an empty stomach

Buy some nuts eg, peanuts,cashew nuts,mixed nuts etc. They're healthy snacks you can munch on while in the office.

Sweet heart, go get aloe vera gel, take 3-6 ounces daily b4 meal. Its a natural detox, it feeds the muscular cells with nutrients. Hello. I strongly suggest you consider your priorities & create time for yourself. Your health is more important than anything else. Neither your boss nor anyone else would employ someone who is unproductive. Stress affects greatly your mental & physical performance.
If you can't squeeze out sufficient time for you & you alone, get another job that would bring that balance you seek. I don't want you to collapse please.
