I am still the only one and the one lecturer that goes about lecturing, the professors, master degree holder, phd holder, ond holder, hnd holder and I imagin myself forgetting the primary six holder. Sir. I am very for above introduction but I have no I have to expose what I have ed through. Funny how bsc holders want to an apprenticeship program. lol
The apprenticeship program is very good. The graduates after 3 or 4 years would most likely receive an exxon mobil journeyman certificate or city and guild certificate. These type of skills are highly in demand all over the world. This may reduce the recruitment of philipino, India and Chinese welders, instrumentation, electrician, millwrights e.t.c technicians into the Nigerian O n G sector.

These occupations are lacking in Nigeria as everyone wants to become a bsc holder. I even heard it's so bad right now that dangote recruits certified welders from China.

You are absolutely correct...My guy wey dey Total that's how he got in..With his OND...He later got a degree by ing us for a full time program while still working..What helped him was the 2weeks on...2weeks off thing
