Highlighting the collective efforts that led to the successful primary elections in April, the President praised the leadership of the APC at both the national and state levels for their dedication to the party’s success.

President Tinubu also lauded the selection of Senator Ekwunife as Ukachukwu’s running mate, describing her as a “round peg in a round hole” and an exemplary choice.

“Distinguished Senator Ekwunife, your selection as running mate is a masterstroke. I have no doubt that with you and our flagbearer, the APC will emerge victorious. You have been described as ‘giant killers,’ and I wish you both the very best in this crucial contest,” he remarked.

The flag presentation ceremony was graced by key party leaders, including the National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State Chairman of the APC Governors’ Forum and the Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila.

Even with Ekwunife as a running mate, Soludo will win with a landslide. I'm sure Tinubu, Ukachukwu and Ekwunife all know this. But for the sake of the party, they must play along.

It all started with the late Distinguished Senator , so it was supposed to be Late Sen. Ifeanyi Uba and Sen. Uche Ekunife as his running mate but death played fast on him .

They ensured that they factionalized LP in Anambra state, using Abure and then handing that factional ticket to George Moughalu, an APC man. George Moughalu is expected to ride on the name of Peter Obi and then try to win the governorship. If he wins, then he will decamp to APC, making Anambra an APC state. Unfortunately that permutation will fail. Labour Party controls most of the NASS and state assembly seats in Anambra state, because of Obi.

Soludo is getting stronger by the day. Soludo daily is plotting how to navigate the Obi hurdle and land his second term. Ukachukwu is out of it completely, just the same as Ekwunife, who was roundly defeated right from her polling booth to the state, in the last elections by LP. In all, I do not see how Soludo can be defeated now in Anambra state. If LP sorts out its issues, then APGA/Soludo will have a hard day on Election Day. APC is not part of the political permutations of Anambra state, even with the likes of Ngige and Arthur one million.

Tinubu is backdoor supprting Soludo. Forget this charade
