If what you are saying is correct, which I doubt anyway (i.e. Natasha's intentions) , Natasha's case will likely fall under Abuja's jurisdiction, and I believe Abuja only follows federal law, so randy Akpabio will get away scott free.

Adultery is crime against man and spirit. When you take a vow before an altar committing to a particular partner then you are barred from moving against that vow on the purpose of pleasure.

You forget it is criminalize under Nigeria constitution. Check the constitution, anambra is in Nigeria so the law holds.
