What about:

I have given them the glory that you have given me, in order that they may be one just as we are one. John 17:22

So i'm God since i'm one with the father the same way Jesus is one with the father, shey?
You confuse the verse.

In the verse you quoted, Jesus is specifically referring to oneness in thought , loved , purpose and belief...which is why if you go on further in verse 23 He said : ..I in them , and you in Me, that they may be made perfect in one(love) , and that the world may know know you sent Me(purpose)

Jesus in this age is not taking about humans being equal with Him, but that they , believing on Him , will the same purpose that Godhead (the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit)have. undecided

So that makes them how many God?
It is just one God bros.

Just think of it like water in the form of steam, ice and regular liquid : just because the state of changes doesn't mean it is not water . Same applies here with Jesus, His Father and the Holy Spirit: three persons but one God

So where did all those profound words in the Bible come?

Some of them probably came from ancient writings that were already familiar literature in those days. They get absorbed into the culture and take on the likeness of the culture.

I doubt that everything written to have been said by Jesus was actually said by him because some of it could not have been known by the authors.

This is a lie because when Jesus prayed he begged his father saying:

“Father, if you want to, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, let, not my will, but yours take place.” Luke 22:42

Clearly Jesus is not the same person otherwise they can't have different opinion, here Jesus is telling his God and father that this situation is unpalatable for him so the father should change it but as he believes his father knows best he is willing to yield!

False. Jesus uttered the initial statement and His listener wanted to throw stones at Him. Get your facts right smiley

You didn't answer the question.

How many lords do you know in the Bible?

Or better still tell me which among these two is YHWH:

The Lord says to my lord: “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.” Psalms 110:1 NIV

The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. Psalms 110:1 KJV

Please which between the two is YHWH?

The answer:
it is BEYOND your comprehension! You are INCAPABLE of grasping the structure of the spirit world!! It is like telling someone in a two-dimensional world that if you keep going in a straight line on a sphere you'd come back to where you started. He'd keep insisting they're two different points and there is no way you can convince him they are the same point!

So on what basis do you believe other aspects of the Spirit world??
You believe God can simultaneously listen to millions of prayers. You believe God and Jesus can simultaneously dwell INSIDE lots of people. You believed Jesus when He said He and the Father are one, and that once you see Him you've seen the Father. The only thing you can't believe is that God (the Son) can sit beside God (the Father)! Wow!

Secondly, Jesus praying to His Father does not make him any less equal to God . After all, the same bible in scripture (Heb1:8.) ,says : But about the Son He says, “Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom

From this verse , even the Father acknowledges and calls the Son God. smiley

Jesus said:

You heard that I said to you, ‘I am going away and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved me, you would rejoice that I am going to the Father, for the Father is GREATER THAN I am. John 14:28

He won't understand that this is a very rough approximation - that there is actually no human analogy that can describe God. Just as we use "He" for God when in reality "He" does not at all apply to God

Oga, the Hebrews used a particular context to specify what kind of lord they were referring.
Which is why the translators used capitals in referring to Adonai(Lord)

To answer your second question:

YHWH...is both of them. That scripture is referring to the God the Father, saying to Jesus ( God the son ) to sit at his right hand .

Jesus is God and so is the Father , and the Holy Spirit. All three are one God (John10:30)
Elohim
Three in one
God the father God the son and God the Holy Spirit
John’s testimony about Jesus Christ explains all we need to know firstly but the max guy will not go there

To answer you, see what Paul the apostle writes who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: but made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Phillipians 2:6-11

Well this is contrary to what Jesus taught and what his disciples believe.

Regarding Psalms 110:1

Peter (a born again Christian in the first century) said:

For David did not ascend to the heavens, but he himself says, ‘Jehovah said to my Lord: “Sit at my right hand until I place your enemies as a stool for your feet.”’ Act 2:34-35

Jehovah (YWWH) spoke to Jesus not Jesus speaking to Jesus or Jehovah speaking to Jehovah.

In the first century Jesus said:

I cannot do a single thing of my own initiative. Just as I hear, I judge, and my judgment is righteous because I seek, not my own will, but the will of him who sent me. John 5:30

Jesus' disciples said:

The God of our forefathers raised up Jesus, whom you killed, hanging him on a stake. Act 5:30

Paul told the Jews:

During his life on earth, Christ offered up supplications and also petitions, with strong outcries and tears, to the One who was able to save him out of death, and he was favorably heard for his godly fear. Hebrews 5:7

So both Jesus and his disciples told us that he (Jesus) is God's Son not God! John 3:16; Matthew 16:13-16

Thanks!

But the same Jesus said that the God He was praying to was inside Him, and that once you see Him you've seen that God!
