This man is just addicted to politics and power. No other politician has managed to hold a state to ransom like he has held Lagos state for decades. Some people should never be entrusted with power, otherwise, they'll rather uproot institutions and disorganize subsequent than lose that power and influence once they've tasted it. Two years into an istration and all he talks about is strategy for winning the next election.
