If the properties were built before court wedding, she gets nothing; except what was acquired while they were married legally

She's not entitled to anything she did not contribute to especially, those things the husband acquired before she was married. From the time she was married, it will be assumed that both of them built that wealth and assets.

As long as they did not build it as couples, she has no say on his property. Except she contributed financial, emotional or otherwise to the erection of the building. She is a loser.
