This is why most women probably hide everything under "child " while fighting to keep all the children so that they can get all the money

Stop going around telling this utterly ridiculous nonsense tale of yours. It is indicative of the level of ignorance you are packing there. Tell your cousin brother to log on to Nairaland and speak to the lawyer himself, abeg! πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„

It got to a point that it involved Police. They separated and they took the case to welfare.

You should instead be crying against the Nigerian system that insists a child should require no more than $25.17 a month for upkeep and maybe even feeding! That is an example of the worst system in the entire world. πŸ˜“πŸ˜“πŸ˜“πŸ˜“

The level of stupidity displayed by our youths these days is alarming . The never heed advice nor will they learn from others experiences. They just want to be modern. It's their time. It's in vogue in abroad so they want it here.

If they have any iota of sense left in them, I see no reason any one will go for COURT MARRIAGE as an African man when traditional marriage is there. Cook a better food, buy drinks, play better music/folklore let the village people who had laboured to bring her up enjoy.

Honestly, once I hear Court Marriage, I know such union will and can never last. It's just a business - Partnership. It only lasts so long as the other partner allows.

That's the reason, the West refers wife/husband nowadays as Partner.

If the properties were built before court wedding, she gets nothing; except what was acquired while they were married legally

I hope u know bigamy is a crime in Nigeria.

Now tell me who you have seen being prosecuted for it?
How will anybody be prosecuted for when the women involved don't report? You are asking me the same question that I asked for you first. Have a good day.

A father/mother living a single life is a man/woman whose attention is not focused on his children; that is abandonment. undecided

She's not entitled to anything she did not contribute to especially, those things the husband acquired before she was married. From the time she was married, it will be assumed that both of them built that wealth and assets.

Nope, being single has always been in reference to your marital or relationship status. Since when did it indicate your handling of your kids if any?

Anyway most of the things you say have always been silly.

If the woman com marry you and thinking to divorce you and get part of your properties then she still get conscience bcoz na to kpai the man and and get all the properties some women go do.

➜I think I need to say something at this point. I am saying this to all genuinely born again Christians.
➜Don't hide your past from your intending spouse. Yes, we know God had forgiven you, that should not stop you from sharing your pastor.
Hiding your past is like keeping a bump that is about to explode in your pocket. Forget the shame that comes with sharing your past.
1. Oh, so the pastor husband, whose faults are equally plenty, is not genuinely born-again? πŸ˜„

2. What gives you the impression that a past was hidden in this case, though? Are you insinuating that the pastor husband who claims he sniffs his wife's panties whenever she comes home does so because of some hidden past of his sniffing women's panties? 🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣

As long as they did not build it as couples, she has no say on his property. Except she contributed financial, emotional or otherwise to the erection of the building. She is a loser.
