I would ask Mr Alonge to make this a constant thing where his crew stays stand by to help these people thrown away at sea because it happens often than not. And it will be a great business for him.

Obrigardo!!!

That reminds me of the movie called Deadly voyage.
The same thing happened to them only one them survived it.
The crew of the vessels should be charged to court.
Even though what the four guys did was wrong.

No pity from here! Tired of reading this kind of atrocious news all the time.
It is time for our people to learn and be modest in their ambitions.
If you are not climbing into an aircrafts landing gear, you are hiding inside a ship. All to go and sweep the streets of Europe.
Who knows how many that have died this way?
There was a similar case of some Nigerians that washed up on a Southern African beach some years back. They were also thrown overboard by the Spanish crew of a ship they hid in. The federal government did nothing to apprehend those responsible.
Thousands might have died this way, that's if you consider the little chances of rescuing someone in such waters..
No one will be punished. And our people will still never learn.
In of your post, they will be claiming economic hardship despite hundreds of videos from diaspora Nigerians educating us about how hard life is over there too, questions is why are Northern Nigerians not so keen on Japa? Answers is contentment and inability to harvest opportunities in Nigeria, I know a 30yrs old Hausa boy that started sesame seed farming barely five years ago and today he is building his second house, isn't the richest black human on planet Earth Dangote a fully resident Nigerian?

The operators of the foreign vessel should be charged for this inhuman behavior to fellow human beings.

They and their vessels should be banned from entering this country again.

When your professionals and youth population are desperately migrating in search of greener pastures abroad, it is only a proof that we have a government that has woefully failed. In the 70s (before Satan became a Nigerian and taught our people corruption) this shit called japa was rare.

It says a lot about the capacity of a political party to govern that it has been in power now for a decade, yet not only have they not fulfilled the promises made to docile and naive Nigerians, but they have actually made things worse than what they met on ground!

Flinging them overboard was not acceptable and that vessel should be barred from this country or prosecuted when next it enters our waters.
Yes. A crime was committed. Might be possible to inform the ship's flag country since prosecution here might be hard if it occurred outside our maritime borders.

Surely you should know by now that procuring a good dose of shame is not on Tinubus’ to do list! As they say in local parlance….dude no send! Not only is he deficient in shamelessness, but he doesn’t have conscience too! This is to be expected though seeing as those virtues may stand in the way of his do-or-die, self-centred and ethnic oriented style of politics!

If the ship is owned by one of those Arab countries…especially the north African ones, it’s doubtful authorities in their home country would be bothered to follow up on the issue to a logical conclusion! They have scant regard for sub-saharan Africans (they see us as being slightly better than monkeys), and we appear to have given them ‘justification’ for their racism and snobbery!

if they kpai them and dumb them in the ocean who go know? captain can say they were sea pirates
So throwing them overboard in your opinion is better? There laws guiding such incidence, but never to throw a living human overboard. It is barbaric, illegal and condemnable.

People that should have been left for the sea animals to feed on.

You just saved four of Nigeria’s problems.

Anyone who takes desperate measures should be ready for desperate consequences.

They would have died of hypothermia, if they were not found..

They need to mention the name of the ship that threw them overboard. That shipping company must be banned from Nigerian waters and confiscated if they venture into Nigerian waters.

They clearly attempted to murder them. Inhumane.
