..an internal affairs the of the party could not resolved and settle....and that is why the aggrieved party took the matter or case to the court/ supreme court to settle the matter for them...at least the court, judiciary is an institution meant to settle issues, matters and that is what the lawyers, judges were trained to do through the universities and law school they attended
