Hello house, please what advice can you give to someone who makes approximately 3m naira monthly in Nigeria ? Can you advise him to Japa with his Family or continue doing his business here ? If you are making 3m naira monthly from your personal business, will you leave it all to start afresh in US or CANADA ?

If you can work remotely, you should consider Brazil, Kenya, South Africa and Mexico. If you are less than 30, with at least three years of work experience and a Master's degree, consider Canada's Express entry program. If you really want to leave by all means, search for postgraduate programs in UK. If you are not in a rush, go for USA. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Yes. If you can make N3 million in Nigeria, you should be able to use the same skills to start making something decent in Canada. Yes, japa if you have the means and motivation.

Banjo24: Don't ever try it brother. I Earn a little bit above that, and I can't try it either. Keep ur family here and enjoy your life. Don't be deceived by all those blink blink materials things u see them display. They aren't always the way it is. 5 Likes 3 Shares |

It depends on the main reason why you want to japa,if is because of money, the answer is don't japa, you are having good income already, especially if that income is sustainable in the long run. But if is because of insecurity or because of the future of your child(ren) (if you are married). You can stay in Nigeria and send your wife and child(ren) abroad, but mind you this pathway will drain you financially for future gain for your children. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Best advice!! I'm amazed how foolish Nigerians can be. Bandwagon effect, throwing away their freedom to go and be subservient to a foreign system that is only interested in milking them dry and taking even the little they have. They have never asked themselves why it is only the people already successful here that they give visa and never the poor person? Even the security and kids welfare, with the money you're making, you can comfortably get them here. Well, only the middleclass has this inferiority complex. The super rich don't japa, they are here living their best lives, but a middleclass person with small change, starts thinking of how to throw it away to the white gods instead of continuing to do what he did to make it thus far and be more prosperous. autoez: 1 Like |
