Good evening, everyone. Please, this post is directed to doctors in the house, especially cardiologists.

I am working on a Data science research project on Malaria Prediction and I really need domain knowledge on this subject matter. There are several factors which are included in the dataset and I am trying to find out the top10 features that contributes the most to Heart disease.

The factors include:

1. Age.
2. Gender.
3. Blood Pressure.
4. Cholesterol Level.
5. Exercise Habits.
6. Smoking.
7. Family Heart Disease.
8. Diabetes.
9. BMI.
10. High Blood Pressure.
11. Low HDL Cholesterol.
12. High LDL Cholesterol.
13. Alcohol Consumption.
14. Stress Level.
15. Sleep Hours.
16. Sugar Consumption.
17. Triglyceride Level.
18. Fasting Blood Sugar.
19. CRP Level.
20. Homocysteine Level.

Please, I need responses from ONLY doctors and medical professionals, as this is a project that can affect lives. Thank you.

This is not how to construct a questionnaire nah
You should have made it in such a way that responders can click ''Yes" or 'No' for each of the items.

Again, why writing "Blood pressure'' in one place and ''High blood pressure'' at another;
''Diabetes'' at one place, and ''Sugar consumption'' and ''Fasting blood sugar'' at another?
They should be streamlined.
