Hey guys, it's been a while.
I made a tool a few years back for searching for available domains in bulk. It's been a bit dormant for a while. Updated the UI recently and it's open for anyone to use. Hopefully it helps you guys in your grind for domains.
The website is www(.)geodomaintools(.)com
Geodomaintools(.)com
Take a look and let me know what you think
yeah, I used your site then. The feature I love most on it was "Dan recent sales" it really helped me a lot then. Is the app still on playstore?

I'm still active for lead generation. Price remains the same as last year.
Google maps/LE - β¦500 per domain name
Manual Google Maps - β¦1k per domain name
Executive emails- β¦2k for geo. β¦2.5k for EMD.
Business/executive leads includes name of the s you're reaching out to. This is optional and you can opt out if you wish.
is on my signature.

The reason why your emails arenβt working the way they used to. The outbounding process is overly saturated. End s have been outbounded to death.
Iβm lucky he decided to share his worries with me after the second email. He could have easily just ignored and mark my email as spam. Sent him ownership proof already. Hopefully he pays.
Need to quickly move away from investing in domain names that require you to outbound, itβs such a soul-crushing activity.

if you have the right name, they will buy. The reason he said he maybe interested in your name, is because your name is more good than that of your competitor name. Always check if similar name of any name you want to is listed for sale before ing in other to avoid this kind thing

The app on the playstore is not functional at the moment. Currently just the website. But I'll figure out how to update sales on the website soon.

Spaceship marketplace looks promising. Currently using their for sales landers for most of my domains as making an offer there is similar to the old Dan's lander. Hopefully to report my first sale in there soon. Though there has been several sales reports and good reviews already. 5% commission too is very OK.
Definitely a strong competitor may force Godaddy to reduce their over high commission.
Imagine sell a domain for $799 and Godaddy paid me $599. Domain I looked for the buyer and reached out to? That's more than 15% commission.
Hmm
A sample of one of my domains at spaceship.
.... And how much Godaddy paid me recently for a recent domain I sold for $799. I wish I priced it higher.

Afternic is definitely evil with their high commission. Hopefully soon others will become more competitive

What payment method did you use in receiving your payout?
by my calculation, $80 more was deducted
The issue with Spaceship is does the American end pool trust Spaceship?
People are skeptical when filling in their card details online.
I sold more domain on DAN through the Afternic integration than on DAN directly.

Not only you. If money was not an issue, I'd be using only Dynadot right now. But I transfer certain domains I ed elsewhere to them at renewal.

Either your domain wasn't pointed to their name servers or you no turn off that their yeye boost.
Just price your domain higher with them.
Unfortunately Godaddy isn't going anywhere soon, Americans love dem die.

Listing Price.... 4999
Sales price...Afternic.. 4000
HT: 6 Months
Silver is God's and gold is God's.
I abandoned domainjng 3yrs ago after selling only 2 names because I was very discouraged. Recently I resumed back and did more research based on my domain class with Iyke promotion back in 2017. ed 5 names and listed them. I have never had the time for outbounding so I have completely drifted away from geo names.
Got a $2500 offer from a buyer for this particular name and i immediately ed iyke promotion and took all his advice. I declined offer and requested $3500 instead. I didn't hear from them again so I decided to take their $2500 offer after few days . Surprisingly buyer countered my request with $4000 lol. I said within myself these guys are not serious buyers but gbam! Status changed to "payment received, awaiting funds to clear" lol and finally got the sale mail today.
