I paid 104k in total when I ed myself and paid through the portal.

I collected my port yesterday even though it was ready since. Did capturing 6th January, just had time to go collect it yesterday.

I met with someone that did capturing is March and collected his yesterday too.

You can use birth certificate issued by NPC if your date of birth is from 1992. Otherwise, use age declaration.

(Birth Certificate (certificate issued by the National Population Commission shall be required from applicants whose date of birth is with effect from Dec 1992)

You can do it yourself, just pick renewal and under renewal pick exhausted page and you just need to provide all necessary documents required for renewal....so you can do it yourself.
