I think the statement says that they are working in collaboration with the state Governments which means it's going to be local with federal government backing in area of logistics and management. I'm sure that most state governments will welcome this. This will hopefully be the game changer in the area of security we've been waiting for.

Lol no be only peace corps. Solution is simple. Ask the Army and the NSCDC to recruit 50,000 men each, deploy 80% of them to the forest. They should also make sure they are deployed to their states of origin and are well equipped to the teeth.
