That poster is delusional, people like that usually learn the hard way then do a complete 180 to the opposite extreme of their previous position, when they could have been moderate/ open minded to the alternate viewpoint from the very beginning.

I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity until they give you a reason not to. Akata or black American culture has a lot of richness but there is also a lot of degeneracy in equal measure. The lack of education coupled with the criminality should make anyone with common sense think twice before involving themselves in that.

It was the roommate who killed her! He's a 40 year old Black American man. I feel so sad for her and her loving family. I could never allow my 18 year old daughter to study abroad. She lived and studied in America for 5 years! She was so brave at such a young age! The family are blaming the landlord and the police for not protecting her from this man! The landlord obviously didn't consider the safety of the young girl when he moved in a 40 year old ex convict! He did no background checks and put the love of money before the safety of a young woman.
