Hello everyone. I have been struggling with hair loss for a long time, so I am considering a hair transplant. However, I’ve often heard that hair transplants are not covered in health insurance as they are considered for the “beauty”. I need to know if it is that way before making a decision.

What type of insurance did you do oga...?

Don't you know the insurance policy abi plan you did?

You can't do a life insurance plan for example and expect compensation on a fire or accident outbreak.

Nor a property insurance plan and expect a compensation for your baldness.

Sometimes save me the stress of typing abeg you!

Negative!

It will not cover it. Hair transplant is for aesthetic purposes and not a health issue.

oxygenator:

When a condition does not threaten life insurance may not accept to cover such.

When you are done searching for hair loss solution then start looking inwards for causes.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy -HBOT is known to improve hair loss by providing hair follicles with improved blood flow, nutrition and oxygen.

Whatever is causing the hair follicles to die off may soon affect the new transplants causing repeated process.

HBOT can be used before and after transplants to improve success rate.

HBOT PROVIDERS.

Nope. The transplanted follicles do not die of because the part of the head where it oroginated from is resistant to whst makes you lose the front of your hair. Whst could happen at most is that the untransplanted frontal hsir might recede but not the transplanted one

Often times a lot of men decide to go for the hair transplant option because they do not feel comfortable with their looks and appearance. While it is good to look good externally, it is also important to build up yourself from within. your Health insurance company. They may have a package that covers what you want or tweak a package to accommodate the procedure.
