We're are still looking for the legacy projects Tinubu built in Lagos State despite the "homongous" revenue.

Tinubu did not build a government house.
Tinubu did not build an airport.
Tinubu did not build a brewery.
Tinubu did not build a stadium.
Tinubu did not build a flyover.
Tinubu did not build a specialist hospital.

What are Tinubu's legacy projects as Lagos State governor?

We’re no longer debating what Tinubu did or didn’t do as governor of Lagos State. That conversation has been neatly wrapped up in the grand slogan: ‘Tinubu is Lagos blueprint builder.’

Whatever that’s supposed to mean, only the architects of that lie, falsehood, and well-packaged propaganda can explain.

But one thing is crystal clear about Tinubu’s ‘legacy’: he masterfully designed a pipeline from the Lagos State treasury straight into his personal pocket, efficiently siphoning and milking the wealth of Lagosians for over two decades.

Is it true that the brewery also produces malt and other beverages too??

Is it true that Nigerians make a living from the brewery, both directly and indirectly?

You have not had that SW president was only sharing blue print. Thr is no project he started and completed. All the governors that came after projects is claimed to be his projects. You see jokers from SW.And all the projects that was done by governors after obi is never his brain child even when he kept huge money for those projects.
Ask the to show you the poverty level in lagos against the poverty level in the same yr of Tinubu and obi.
Walahi the person paying this guys on social media is just wasting his money. They just recycle the same fake news without proper research. They need to all be sackef

🤣 Will you take a look at that list! Virtually everything in that list is wrong!

It can be entertaining when you witness something and then you see people who were too young to witness it try to speak authoritatively about it.

No government house?!

No stadium?!

Is that not funny?

No projects?! (When there are videos of the projects).

While I am doing that, I am going to share the projects with my followers.

Lagos — LEKKI Free Trade Zone (LFTZ), the much celebrated multi-billion dollars bilateral business venture between Lagos State and the Chinese Investors has kicked off, with President Olusegun Obasanjo describing Governor Bola Tinubu of Lagos State as "a brilliant governor with brilliant ideas".

The LFTZ cited in Ibeju-Lekki local government area of the state, according to its managers, would occupy 1,000 hectares of land employing over 300,000 as workers on completion.

Taslim Odukoya @Odukoyataslim

No one needs your 500k but here is more than 10 Housing Estates built by BAT.

We don't do "Go and "

Asiwaju constructed:

PRIVATE SECTOR PARTICIPATION (PSP):

Asiwaju via PSP developed the following sites:

1) 201 units of two bedroom flats, Ewu Elepe.

2) 18 units of detached houses at Ewu Elepe.

3) 36 units of four bedroom Terrace Houses at Ikeja Phase 11, Ikeja GRA.

4) 26 units of Terrace Houses at Ilupeju.

5) 704 units of 8 in 1 three bedroom flats at Ajah.

Now give that 500k to your ers to bring out the same facts about the Housing Estates that your candidate built in 8yrs as Governor of Anambra, state.

Less I forget, tell the to bring before and after videos and newspaper publications of just 5 government owned public schools renovated by Peter Obi. I want to check something.

Seunolu @xabelpro1

There's also TOS Benson Estate with low and medium housing bungalows at Ikorodu and so many others.

Most people don't understand why Tinubu is highly rated in Lagos. We seem to have forgotten so many projects of Tinubu because of the noise of the opposition.

Pastor Okezie J. Atani @Onsogbu

There is an offer of N500,000 for anyone who can provide 10 housing estates built by Peter Obi

Another offer of N400,000 for anyone who can provide 5 schools Peter Obi built during his tenure.

It is understood that he kept money in a bank because he has built low-cost housing estates and schools, but there is an offer to dash out N900,000 for anyone with the list of the houses and schools.

Offer lasts till December 2031.

I'm expecting to enjoy a battle this morning. I can't wait till he wakes up and reads what's happening.

I have friends from every part of the political spectrum and one of my friends that's an Obidient and another that is a Batist have entertained me all through the past few months. I expect them to wage a battle this morning.

What happened?

An obidient (that I don't know) issued a challenge. The person listed 15 housing estates that Governor Lateef Jakande built in Lagos (I have told you all about the Jakande Estates) and challenged anybody to list 10 estates that were built by Governor Tinubu. The person offered to give ₦500,000 to anyone that lists 10 estates that Tinubu built.

I laughed when I saw the challenge because I have videos of the commissioning of the estates that Governor Tinubu built, so I knew that she would lose the challenge.

As expected, someone listed 15 estates that Governor Tinubu built and he included pictures of newspaper stories of the commissioning of the estates. He then challenged anybody to list 10 estates that Peter Obi built in Anambra State.

Someone else came and offered to give ₦500,000 to anyone that can list 10 estates that Peter Obi built. Another person upped the ante by offering ₦400,000 to anybody that can list 10 estates or schools that Peter Obi built in Anambra.

Someone else (that I know) reposted these challenges and instead of my friend (who is an Obidient) to supply a list, he has gone on a tirade and is insulting the person that reposted the challenge. I am very sure that my friend that is a Batist will respond when he wakes up and I can't wait for the entertainment.

I created an entire thread about this (unfortunately the pictures no longer show unless you click on the links), but here's a summary.

1) LAGOS HOUSE, MARINA

Major General Johnson Thomas Aguiyi-Ironsi summoned Major Mobolaji Johnson (who was serving in Warri) and told him that he had a lot of work and a lot of problems to solve and that he couldn't deal with the problems of Lagos (the federal capital), so he wanted Major Johnson to deal with them for him. He therefore made Major Johnson the of the Federal Capital Territory, Lagos.

In order to make the work easier, he gave Major Johnson the former residence of the chief secretary of the Colonial Government. The house was right next to State House, Marina (where General Ironsi lived). That house became Lagos House, Marina.

In 1967 General Gowon made Lagos a state and he gave Lagos the former Prime Minister's Residence to use as its secretariat. The former prime minister's residence is now the ECOWAS compound (opposite Island Club) at Onikan.

Brigadier Mobolaji Johnson, Commodore Adekunle Lawal, Commodore Ndubuisi Kanu and Commodore Ebitu Ukiwe lived at Lagos House, Marina.

General Murtala Muhammed made Ikeja the capital of Lagos State in 1976. Although Lagos State offices began to spring up in the Oba Akinjobi area of Ikeja (Old Secretariat), the governor continued to live and work on Lagos Island.

Alhaji Lateef Jakande was elected governor in 1979 and he decided to make Ikeja a real capital. He built the Round House (Governor's Office) and the State Secretariat at Alausa.

However, Governor Jakande did not like depending on government resources (for example, he continued to use his personal car, a Toyota Cressida, when he was governor. He even used the same car when he was minister of works in the 1990s), so he chose to live in his personal house at Ilupeju.

2) State House, Isaac John Street, Ikeja GRA:

There was a coup on December 31st, 1983 and General Buhari appointed Air Commodore Gbolahan Mudashiru as the military governor of Lagos. (Comodore Mudashiru served from 1984 till 1986, both in the Buhari and Babangida istrations).

Mudashiru's wife did not trust government positions. Firstly, she didn't like the idea of commuting from Lagos House Marina on Lagos Island, to the Governor's office (Round House) in Alausa, Ikeja every day ( that the Third Mainland Bridge had not been completed then).

Secondly, she believed that a governor could be removed at any time and she didn't want any problems like moving house at short notice or ing for government property.

Therefore, they found a house in Ikeja for the governor to stay. The house was not far from their personal house and they left most of their things in their personal house and went there often.

The new house was on Isaac John Street at Ikeja GRA. Air Commodore Midashiru, Navy Captain Mike Akhigbe, Colonel Raji Rasaki, Sir Michael Otedola, Colonel Olagunsoye Oyinlola and Colonel Mohammed Buba Marwa lived there.

There were bomb attacks on Governor Marwa's motorcade as he went to work in 1996. He therefore decided to move to Lagos House, Marina, which was right beside Flag Staff House, Marina and was therefore much safer.

Marwa, Tinubu and Fashola lived in Marina, while State House, Isaac John Street became the governor's guest house.

There was a fire at Lagos House Marina when Tinubu was governor and he temporarily moved to Isaac John Street while Lagos House was being renovated.

3) Lagos House, Alausa:

Governor Mike Okhai Akhigbe decided to build a proper residence and office for the governor, but his plan didn't get anywhere because, as I told you, Nigeria had financial crisis in the 1980s. The project was started and stopped in 1987 and Governor Akhigbe was transfered in 1988 and Rasaki became governor and the project was abandoned.

Governor Bola Tinubu decided to build the governor's residence and office. Lagos House, Alausa was completed and commissioned in 2007 (20 years after the project began).

The Round House (the old governor's office) was handed over to the deputy governor and it became the deputy governor's office. The Lagos State Governor now works at Lagos House, Alausa.

Governor Tinubu had thought that his successor would live at Lagos House, Alausa, but Governor Fashola chose to live at Lagos House, Marina. However, Governor Ambode lived at Alausa, but Governor Sanwo-Olu lives at Marina.

Yet the person on that thread said that Bola Tinubu did not build any government house. Isn't that funny?

Stadium

There once was a small stadium at Surulere called UAC Stadium. I don't quite the history of the stadium, but it was used for Principals Cup matches in the early 1980s.

UAC Stadium was demolished in 1985 and the Lagos State Government decided to build a new stadium called Teslim Balogun Stadium. Once again, the project was abandoned and nothing was done. There was no money. The land became a home for homeless people and (well you can guess what I wanted to write here, I don't want to attract the bot).

Then Governor Bola Tinubu decided to build the stadium. I am happy that he decided to build it, but I quarrel with the fact that he decided to use the original design. That thing was designed in 1985 and the design had become dated by the early 2000s.

Anyway, the stadium was commissioned in 2007 and the first match was a friendly between Enyimba and Asante Kotoko.

Lagos House, Alausa and the Teslim Balogun Stadium were among the projects that were commissioned just before Governor Tinubu left office.

Yet somebody said that Tinubu did not build any stadium.

I have previously posted a link to a list of projects that Tinubu did (Abraham Adesanya Estate, Millenium Schools, roads, etc) and I have also posted videos of the commissioning on this thread, but someone said that Tinubu did nothing when he was governor.

Isn't that funny?
