As annoying as this is, he needed not to have resorted to this as the bank can sue him.
He should just have sued the stupid bankd and give them a good publicity through FIJ news.

Access bank are becoming something else, the manner they deduct from people's money in name of electronic money transfer levy is very alarming.

I need an alternative bank honestly.

This one dey go jail o.
Damaging bank property, physical assault, threat to public peace, battery, vandalism na wetin police go put for charge sheet be that. At least, 2 must stick from the video evidence.
To fight for your right still involves applying sense n wisdom.
That 1.2million when reversed won't save him when the law descends on him.

Everything works until it gets to Nigeria. Why should the Nigerian banking system be dealing with inexplicable debits from the s of customers? Why? Ever since the Japa thing started and most Nigerian banks lost their key IT guys, the matter has become worse.

All Nigeria commercial banks sucks except Opay.

I never had issues with Opay since over four years now. I have diverted all my funds to Opay.

Thank you Opay for being a sincere online banking with integrity.

They go use court cases weigh am down he go even end up paying damages, they're better ways to address your grievance, I thought his aim is to recover his money, now he will loose the money they debited because he decided to exhibit this behaviour and vandalize stuff.

What if that money was for medical bills of someone close to him and the person eventually died because the debited amount wasn't reversed?

You guys reason like cows sometimes.

Violent approach may not be a good option, but that's the only message Nigerian banks can quickly understand. I was once in his shoes, so I understand the feeling. Mine was not even up to 1.2 million, it was 500k back then in 2016. Same Access Bank

He also has right to charge them for damages and liability caused by inability to access his funds. He could argue he missed several business opportunities simply because he couldn't access his funds that was stolen by the bank

It is his hard earned money and you don't play with his emotions despite making efforts to reach out to the bank and was dismissed. I would even destroy more valuable things if I were to be the one. Nonsense.
