You can apply for a normal visit visa, because going to Canada with the intention of giving birth is a different category of visa, which might require additional documents or a more scrutinized process than the normal visit. Some people don't disclose their pregnancy, especially if it’s in the early stage; however, misrepresentation can lead to bans from Canada. If your pregnancy is advanced, you may be asked to present proof of funds of 10,000 CAD to 20,000 CAD to cover delivery. Also, a doctor's note confirming your due date and that you are medically fit to travel.

I know this is not a visit visa tread but this is the only one I can find.

1. Did you submit mybankstatement with your application?
2. student statement from your DLI. I think it's confirmation receipts for your payment reflected on your student portal.. I'm not 100% sure of this but is what I think.

best of luck 🤞

No, it doesn't have any effect on the visa; how your tuition was paid has no effect. Ensure you attach proof of payment.

Resend your SOA for the period required via MBS and then print your statement from the school portal if you have made any payments to the school. All the best

Yes you are not authorised to work if deffered ission by law.....
As IRCC request students enrollment status or progress twice a year from DLI ,You must have authorisation from school when you deffer the ission and keep any documents issued on file for future use..
As it may effect your pgwp, without proof of deffer from your DLI when applying for pgwp and submitting transcript for that purpose.
Study permit extension is not complicated if you give simple and reasonable reasons for extension.

Merge all additional documents using ilovepdf and . You may have to compress using this same tool if it becomes too large but ensure they are legible.

The anxiety has been stressful oh. I just got a request to my medicals, I didn't do upfront but I hope this is a good sign. I didn't get this request with my first attempt.

How long does it take after medicals before it's ed.

Hmmmmm, that your agent is bad, there is no way to know what the response of IRCC will be, if you do not respond to an ADR, the only bright side is they are requesting for ADR and not requesting you to respond to Procedural Fairness Letter.

However, note that this record will be in your file and might always flag when an officer reviews it.

Firstly, you need to decide the course you want to study, then check the requirements for the course from the school website, also ensure what ever course you are going for is PGWP eligible.

Thanks for your time and resources sir.

I have BSc in Electrical but I want to go for 2 years Diploma program in HVAC (PGWP eligible).
Is it true that I won't be given visa since I'm going for a lower program?
For someone that is willing and ready to Japa through school, please can you kindly help with a simple list of steps to take from the beginning to the end?
Thanks in advance sir.

Hello Everyone, I hope I get a response from experts.

I’m looking into processing for Canada.

And my POF is really bothering me
My mom(who is now retired and got my tuition fee from the share of her mother’s house sold) is to be the sponsor and after she pays my tuition for a year out of my 2 years course, she only has about 6 Million left in her .

My sis(in the US who happens to be married and a nurse over there) suggested to be the sponsor by providing the 20,700 cost of living. Will that not be a problem?

We suggested she sends the money down to my mom’s so we can use it, will that one not also affect me (sudden transfer of such huge money in a new dom )?

My aunt(in Nigeria from my dad side) suggested we use her , but then she already has someone she’s sponsoring that is still schooling over there.

I also have an uncle abroad(my mom’s side) who can provide more sum with his SOA but isn’t willing to send the money down.

Can someone please advise me on what’s best to do?

In my honest opinion, do not use any uncle’s or aunt’s unless you can prove that they have ed you in the past by paying your school fees at any point in your life.

Your mother’s should be used to show proof of funds for the tuition fees.

also show proof that your mother can susvive after paying your fee like the money for your school feee is not what is ing her.

However, it is important that you establish a clear relationship with your sister and let her be the one to pay your acceptance fee. Before she pays, confirm with the school that the acceptance fee is refundable—in most cases, it is, and it’s usually about one-third of the first semester's tuition.

She should make this payment from her U.S. and provide ing documents such as proof of employment, mortgage, or any other financial commitments.

For proof of funds (POF), the goal is to show:

1. You already have the money for tuition (which is why your mother’s will be used for this part).
2. You have financial for living expenses, which your sister can cover. By paying the acceptance fee, she helps demonstrate her financial capability and willingness to you.

Again, avoid using s from extended family like uncles or aunts unless you can show a history of them ing your education. What’s most important is proving that your sister has both the financial means and a strong enough relationship with you to your studies.

BadAdvisor and FlowMama!
How market? 😄
I’m back from my vacation in the Caribbean with my family! 😎🌴

I hope sufferhead and bad belle haven’t finished you—I'm seriously praying for you o! 😂🙏

amnotapervert:

I didn’t log out from my personal laptop from my Amnotapervert , and I saw this comment. I just came across it because, yes, I like *wahala*. 😂😂

Note: This post will trigger people who deal with fraudulent documents and dislike the truth.

I was generally unaware of the practice where people pay for proof of funds (POF) to banks. After doing a bit of research, I found it absolutely mind-blowing.

It now makes sense why someone would pay a "Facebook visa agent" between 2 to 5 million naira for a study or visitor’s visa—applications that cost about $100 to $200 CAD. 🤔

This isn’t even for permanent residency applications!

The case is crazy. Now, I understand why FlowMama was upset when I criticized someone who mentioned they used a "Facebook visa agent" and got a 5-year ban.

She said I have no right to question or talk since I’m not funding anyone’s visa.

My God, I get it now. So, banks charge people to create fake POF for visa applications?

I can’t believe what’s happening. I see these Facebook visa agents advertising " statements/POF as part of the visa package."

No wonder some people were upset when I talked about the risks of using Facebook visa agents and getting banned for submitting fake POF documents.

Well, if you use a Facebook visa agent and end up with a 5 to 10-year ban, don’t blame people like me for speaking the truth.

For instance, the United Kingdom reportedly issues bans of up to 10 years. Yet, some will still attack others for exposing fraud.

: If you’re submitting POF for any visa category, make sure it matches the actual source of your funds. Many agents will mess you up, and you’ll end up paying the price.

The situation is worse than I imagined.

Advice:
- If you pay a bank for POF, ensure you have:

1. At least $20,000 CAD when coming to Canada for living expenses, rent, and food. Most new students struggle to find jobs, especially since certain sectors are dominated by Middle Eastern and South East Asian workers.

2. An in-demand skill to secure a job after school and improve your chances of getting permanent residency (PR). Without it, you’ll struggle.

3. Your tuition fully paid or ready to be paid in your bank . Otherwise, you’ll suffer like others who came unprepared.

Now I see why FlowMama was triggered when I said Nigerians submitting fake documents make it harder for those following the right path. 🤣🤣

And when you call out fraud, people respond with, “No be everything person dey put online oo.” 🤐🤐

Soon, Canada might introduce something like 's blocked requirement for student visas.

Now I get why FlowMama was upset—frustration over visa rejections and my stance against fraud.

To Those Considering Canada:
Don’t be discouraged, but please do it legally.

Ensure you have the skills and funds required, or you’ll suffer.

The system will catch up with fraudulent practices eventually.

Here’s a reality check:
- You can’t work to pay tuition.
- If you try to cheat the system, it won’t end well.

As for me, I’m logging off now. I’m done. I promise. 😂😁

If you don’t like the truth, feel free to fight with your keyboard.

A Quick Note About Me: to piss Flowmama and Badadvisor off 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😜😜😜😜😜😜😜

- I live in a $650,000 three-bedroom townhouse with an extra basement room, 56 minutes from downtown Toronto.
- My sister and I co-own an investment property in Toronto worth about $810,000 CAD.
- At 31 years old, I make $110,000 CAD annually, while my wife, 27 years old, makes $95,000 CAD.
- We own two SUVs (Toyota and Hyundai), all paid for in cash. Yes insurance is crazy but that's the GTA as a whole.

Don't worry Badadvisor when I start building my house in Nigeria I will invite you for housewarming party 😂😂 since you said everyone should invest in Nigeria. I have land already

- My wife (Nigerian) and I, along with our child, have Canadian ports.

Life is good when you do things the right way.

One last thing: when you start making money, make sure you marry wisely. A bad marriage can ruin everything you’ve worked for.

See you when Pierre Poilievre becomes the new Prime Minister. Until then, goodbye.

Hi, thanks for your response, this was actually helpful.

My sister has the money to pay for my first year tuition as you suggested which I will tell her to do, hopefully she agrees.

And for my mom, she has a land for rent which serves as her source of income, alongside her monthly income from the government as a retiree and my siblings also gives her money monthly..

Will those be enough to prove as source of income/survival? How can we go about proving that?

As long as you can prove that the money your mother receives from renting her land and her pension is enough to cover her living expenses, that should be sufficient.

It would help to provide a breakdown of her monthly expenses to demonstrate that her income from the land rental and pension is adequate. IRCC needs to be assured that your mother is financially stable and not dependent on the money she intends to provide for your tuition.

If your family owns a fully paid-off house and your mother doesn't need to pay rent, be sure to highlight that. Make it clear to IRCC that her housing, food, and regular bills are all covered, and that the funds she is giving you are not needed for her personal expenses. Be sure to back this up with proof and real documents.

Also, explain how your mother obtained the money to pay your tuition—particularly if it came from the sale of land you mentioned. IRCC will want to understand the origin of the funds.

Hopefully, your sister is also willing to your application. Her financial involvement shows that she is invested in your success, and IRCC will view it positively if she can show that the funds in her are intended for your use.

Ultimately, IRCC just wants to confirm that you have sufficient financial , that the money is genuinely available to you, and that it will be used for your studies.

Canada has become more expensive, and it’s no longer possible to just "rough it." IRCC needs to be confident that your financial backing is solid and reliable.
