So was depositing state funds in a bank with personal interest for the bank to invest and make money for shareholders instead of investing the funds to turn his state to an industrial hub. So was depositing funds in tax havens and refusing to declare it in Nigeria. So was attempting to steal someone's mandate with false claims of victory. |
