Try going to a gym.If you don't have access to one,try some home workouts by using your body weight.Push ups,squarts,lounges, high jumps,plyometrics,etc.Check on home workouts on YouTube for beginners to follow the trainings so you don't injure yourself.A lot of people feel same like you some times.Also, check at your work place if you have stable iron bars for pull ups,dead hangs etc.Begin for few seconds and then build up.Exercise is the magic pill,so far.You will regain your confidence,vitality, energy, testosterone,youth etc.

Almantra: it's due to ur metabolic rate and activity level, if u don't correct it now u may have health issues later as u age. Sign up to a gym or have a activity/Gym routine at home to keep ur metabolic rate high. Ur blood circulates better and keeps u healthy. 2 Likes |

Find an excersize that will train your mind. Give yourself tough tasks, work as though your life depend on the job be very focused but relate with people. You need mental stamina. If you are given a task that seem impossible for you, promise to try and keep the promise. Read books that will make you more strategic and tough but don't apply every negative thing you found in the book. Read books like: Your next five moves, the subtle art if not giving a Bleep, Robert green books, try and be almost more knowledgeable about your job than most people in your team. Be very straight forward and tactical. You can watch wrestling as well. Stay away from pornography or anything that resembles it. Don't go near any kind of drug for help no matter the promises attached. Be more conscious if your faith( whichever faith you practice), set personal boundaries. Try these for three months. You will notice that some of the points I mentioned contradict but that is the way, You become dynamic and flexible. Make sure you don't lose that job on of percieved weakness. Be strong.
