On this day in 2010, the country mourned. The intrepidly, cold and bold daring hands of Death snatch our beloved president away. Despite his fleeting stay in office, he was able to transform Nigeria even beyond expectation.

If he was still the president, or if he hadn't died, we would have seen a different Nigeria today. Nigeria would have been Better than it is today because Yar'Adua was leading the country on the right path to achieving Her prosperous Destiny. He was about to set the pace and Blaze the trail of the country. He was on the brink of finding a new path. But sadly, He died.

Why Do good die so early?
May His Soul continue to Rest in Peace.

What are your Memories of President Umar Musa Yar'Adua?

Yes we really missed him.

NTA wouldn't even let me rest all over T.V with the continuous talk of his 7 points agenda.

Not even 1 single one got fulfilled.

Yar'adua had good intentions, but death wouldn't let him execute them. If he hadn't died, these horrible humans in power wouldn't have come close to it and Nigeria wouldn't have been in this deep mess. Rest on, champ!

The man had his good and bad sides.

He was forced on Nigerians through a very shameful and rigged elections conducted by PDP with Obasanjo at the helm of affairs.

The 2007 Presidential Elections was so rigged that even Yar Adua himself itted to the rigging when he came into power.

One thing I won't forget easily was when he denied Blue Star Consortium the rights to buy and privatize the NNPC dead refineries through Dangote and Otedola. I still believe that would have been the magic that could have resurrected the dead refineries. Currently, almost 2 Billion Dollars have been looted trying to revamp the dead refineries.

I still like what he did with the Presidential Amnesty Program.

Oh what a blessed soul he was. The man was honest to the core. He has good intentions for Nigeria.

The only president that publicly said the election that brought him to power was a flawed one. The Turai cabal later rubbished all Ya'Addua stood for.

Who took over the affairs of the nation after the demise of this great man. What was he achieved during the course. Was he able to fulfill one out of the 7 point agenda laid off. Suddenly nah drug baron is ur problem. Dogmatically ignorant.

Hear and doer. Wasn’t perfect, but if we have any leader half of what he did, Nigeria would have been a better place.

He's short tenure was the best in the history of Nigeria.
Nigeria is cursed to have bad leaders. Most of them with good intentions like
Dele Giwa
Murtala Mohammed
Funsho Williams
Harry Marshall
Bola Ige

were all assassinated because they chose progress.

Many past leaders are responsible for Nigeria's woes. Don't blame only Tulumbu.

God bless the soul of Umaru Musa Yar'Aduwa , Nigerians called him go-slow president but he never mind, the economy was developing so rapidly, as he enter office, fuel price was reduced and stayed dat way prior to his demise.

He rejected naira devaluation policy from IMF

The ogbonge tiff there has jacked fuel to 1000 just to loot and extort his people
