Pls I don't know if it's because of many years of being an introvert that causes this problem that is affecting because i am always weak I can't run raise my voice. Some say I act like a woman.even if I want to act agile or fast I can't .I just started a job that requires being strong ,fast,and bold but I can't do all that and the manager and supervisor are not finding it right with me. ![]() Because even the ladies there at my workplace are more stronger, faster than me in doing the job,and they even start asking me if I am medically fit Pls any tips or supplements that I can use to behave energetic pls I will appreciate thanks. 16 Likes 3 Shares |

Tell me what type of work will require that much energy if not menial jobs. There's nothing wrong with you; you think the Dangotes and Otedolas have to put in strenuous amounts of energy to make their money? You're a great thinker and that requires lots of brain cell activity which is what consumes your energy and make you slow. First is you should find a suitable working environment that work for you. Yes they are right, you need to change your mentality and still take exercise seriously. But this is what nobody will tell youβ you need to normalise filling your heart with hatred and anger. There is nothing wrong with it and it's a natural thing we humans feel. It will make you become the monster you were always meant to be. those times you were underestimated and used, those times you couldn't help yourself or say anything. Fuel yourself with hatred and fill your heart with revenge.
