Mr2kul:I know what you mean. What we're talking about here is the exact Graduate trainee salary not allowance. Some GTs don't pay salaries during the short training spell. They pay allowance. So the main salary is what we're talking about. Yes Dover is an indigenous oil and gas company but their staffs are well taken care of. Do your research and you'll find out that not a single full time staff is complaining about their salary. It's only the contract staffs that complain and wish they could be paid like full time staffs. It's a happy company to work with as per reviews. |

Mr2kul:Omo you're mixing up things. What I know is GTs in banks earn 400-500k currently (UBA, Access and GTB). It's on the job training and they pay normal. It goes higher after trainee period. Oil and gas can't be any different unless they are not payed salaries but allowance only which I doubt. Please fact check before you reply. |

In fact, Dover even told applicants that the salary is between 150k to 200k during the training period in the interview |
