Nobody knows what safety measures you'll take to build a shed that will stand as cover for the electrical equipments you're installing for your change over switch and others.

Also spilled water over electricity is not good and if such is being built on a steel, you know what that means. We can't be too sure of whatever form of insulation you do.

You may go back in page to earlier period and quote the engineers and builders.
I like the fact that you are willing to work and also work your way up and not outrightly asking for works.

If it’s stone coated that means is not original and if it got fade you can change it all or you continue using it sir …. There a lot of different stone coated for those who know and recognize it sir….

For the A.C , how many hp.

When set with good standards, blocks can stay up for months or even years without putting pillars or lintels. Except there are other physical factors like animals leaning on the block walls or other heavy materials that can push it down. You can lay your blocks now and cast pillars later.
