Whoever is writing rubbish against Traore should think twice. If Burkinabes are in love with his performance, how is that your headache? If the captain is a false hope, what hope do Macron and Trump have for that African country? If you have been paid to write an evil article, what hope are you to your family? Even if you were not paid to do it, are you any hope to anyone to go against someone maķing life better for his people unlike your hopeless fulanisation terrorists? 2 Likes |

Western sponsored trash article. Show me one country in Africa that the so called western brand of democracy has prospered. The western idea of democracy for Africa is working only when we allow them to rape and pillage our natural resources. This generation is wiser now and more countries will soon follow suit. Africa will only be truly free when we decide and manage lur resourses ourselves. TimeManager: 3 Likes |

If you really understand what is going on, you will pity African youths, they are so lazy and gullible to research facts. Russians trained Traore's brother in propaganda dissemination and they use money to induce some of the bloggers from Africa. So the goal is simple,Turn the African youths against their democracy because the politicians are corrupt. Once army take over,Western countries will impose sanction and the Junta will run to Russia. Is actually working, Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso, Gabon . Sirianese: |

TimeManager: Well, it tells everyone what's important. Africans are not looking for government or democracy, they just want a leader who has their interest at heart and empathetic toward their plight and bring them the desired outcome. Even if he can deliver minimum 60% on that. For now, he is doing well and his people says so. While it might be a military leadership, it isnworking for them momentarily. Look at Nigeria, does it look like we in a democracy ![]() 2 Likes |

OPICANTO2223: You spoke my mind. Gadaffi is bad, but look at Libya today, in terrible state. It's not every country that practice democracy. England doesn't but the respect human beings. Any leader that is has empathy for his or her people, whether military or otherwise is what matters. Even the so called democratic president's are worse than some military government. Nigeria is a valid example. A Country where people's lives, views or opinion, nor rights matters or considered. It's emilokan from a to z and z back all the way to a. A country where a president is still applying a military take over. Is that not hypocrisy! 2 Likes |

ehikwe22: Tilimgbu came back from with an ultimatum from the butchers in Paris to prepare West Africa for what is about to happen; elimination of Captain Traore. That's why they're coordinating all these media smear campaigns against the young man. Traore is a menace to the old guards in the sub region. Reminds them of Thomas Sankara. The youths across Africa are slowly rallying around him and this makes the neocolonialists to tremble.. 4 Likes |

TimeManager: Whoever wrote this thrash needs mental evaluation and psychiatric imprisonment. What has democracy done for Africa than the looting from our leaders and endless borrowing to keep us tied to the apron strings of the West and their useless IMF? Who brought the term democracy? The gulf states are not practicing democracy but have one of the highest index of living standards in the world. The Kuwaiti currency is even higher than the dollar Is China practicing Democracy? Or do we call Russia a democratic state? But look are the poverty index in those countries. Very very low These imperialists preach democracy to us that enabled corruption and entrenched poverty. What are the checks in democracy to guide against corruption and poverty in Africa amidst our rich resources? Captain Traore has proven a point and western puppets like this writer is doing their imperial biddings which is to keep us subjugated Whatever form of government that will bring adequate welfare and effective infrastructure to the African people is welcome. Even a monarchy like Swaziland is better than the corrupt civilian dictatorship in Nigeria under the guise of democracy. Where elections are just mere census exercises of selection and the judiciary is an annex of the federal government. The leadership of the legislative arm are the tea servers of the president. Ride on captain Traore, Africa youths are with you Viva Africa, Uhuru Africa! 2 Likes |

This article is absolute Balderdash. No system of governance is perfect it's just the human vessel behind it that determines if it will be good or not. Under Ibrahim Traore short stay in power he has done the following: Lashed all Ministers and parliamentarian salary by 40 percent and have increased the civil servant salary by 50 percent without pressure from Labour union.Nigeria, the largest democracy in Africa has a president that the labour union had to threaten him with strings of industrial actions before the new minimum wage was signed and it took a youth corper to call him a terrible president before started paying corpers. We know how much those liabilities at the senate take from the national budget with little to zero impact on governance. He has started the construction of an electric car plant almost near completion. Also there is a tomato processing plant that has been finished. The Werey here in Aso rock sent 21 billion for the building of a new vice presidential residence.Abeg what will be the economic value of this to Nigeria? This man only offense was to stop French overbearing influence on their gold resources and limit interference with their governance efforts.Arent they a sovereign nation? Let's ask ourselves this question: How many countries in Africa have accepted and practice democracy? How many of them pretending to be a democratic nation still recieving matching orders from their western masters? Plenty examples are Cameroon, Equatorial guinea, Congo DRC, Nigeria etc.Is Africa a developed continent? Why is movement so hard within Africa esp by Air and road and extremely expensive but we have useless unions Au and ECOWAS? Even Dangote complained about this. Who owns the goldmine in DRC Congo and how much is made in revenue? How much does DRC get in royalty? That answer will tell you that anyone discrediting Ibrahim Traore is a big fool irrespective of the academic achievements. This is how they write stupid articles to brainwash Libyans and now Libya post Gaddafi era is worst than then. African isn't curse but the height of self ignorance is the problem with the blessed continent. We are so timid to think true independence and self reliance. If democracy has delivered really value in Burkina Faso I don't think the military would have intervened.Look at Nigeria, the reason it hasn't happened is because the military chiefs are on a bogus huge pay to prevent any coup. 2 Likes |
