Former Kaduna State governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, paid a courtesy visit to Alhaji Muhammadu Sanusi, the 16th Emir of Kano, at his palace on Monday.

The monarch, who was all smiles welcomed his visitor who was accompanied by associates.

I’m a full-blooded southerner, but I couldn't care less if they succeed in unseating PBAT. In 2015, he was their rallying point to remove a southern president, despite several pleas to allow Jonathan to finish his second term — he refused. Now he expects other southerners to rally behind him.
