Well not like one would just get the job straight away.

There are exams to write and it's a 3 step exam.

I don budget like 10m for the whole project sha, over a 3year period

I'm currently studying information technology and it remains four months for me to graduate. The problem is that I don't have a skill at all in the field because we always base on theory. After my degree, my plan is to go abroad and study cyber security in the uk in future... my question is, without a skill in information technology, what can I do with the information technology certificate in the uk? cry cry cry cry cry cry cry cry cry cry

Also,

For Engineering (EEE et al)

You should mention that they rarely hire fresh grad from outside the UK, unless the company that hired you in Nigeria has an office in the UK and you are mandated to do a rotation in the UK. They call these sort of jobs graduate jobs. And the pay isn't all that. Mostly ranging £25- 35k.

In 2025, high-demand jobs for a UK Skilled Worker Visa include healthcare roles (like nurses and doctors), software developers, civil engineers, secondary school teachers (especially in STEM), chefs, and care workers. These roles are on the shortage occupation list, making visa approval more accessible. While exploring career options, always stay mindful of technology trends—some, like ai clothes remover tools, raise ethical questions relevant across fields.

You must have certain background education to specialize in this area. Some could be NP, doctors, Masters level psychologist, etc.
The reason is that skills set such a knowledge of assessment and assessment tools, neuro developmental conditions and interventions is a must.
Also, the use of psychometric tools and knowledge of diagnostic criteria is needed.

Hmm

There is a big difference if it was someone who lives and works in the uk writing this and someone who has never been writing the same thing

They no Dey tell person

As I am speaking to you now if I see any job in Lagos that offers me anything close to 1m per month in the tech sector I have great experience

I am taking the next flight to Lagos

If you're really ready, you'll in 9ja in no time. You'll readily get a job paying this amount with banks and fintech companies if you have the experience

Fullstack Software Development (Frontend and Backend) has to be at the top. Very rewarding.

Is the post about the demand or the reward

Understanding write-ups is just difficult for most Nigerians.

Lol I'm assuming the study is done in one of our country's universities cos that's the only place you can be thought theories in courses that requires us practice to assimilate anything. I will advise U to get one or these strong professional certifications . Search online. There are even some that will carry you along and at your own pace. So while getting the certificate from your school you're actually teaching yourself also. It only requires discipline and some small cash

I have the experience but I don’t have the connection and I am not originally from Lagos where all the good pay is

This is the only thing holding me back

Even if I am using half of my salary to buy layer egg laying chicken every month as a poultry side business , trust me I’m 100 percent better off than the current situation I am in earning £

I’m speaking facts bro the grass hasn’t been green on the other side

Omo it’s even worse in the uk right now , re quality of life is really really poor . Unless you have a job that is paying super super well then you won’t need 2 jobs to survive

And the people screaming doing it for my kids little do they know that it’s immigrant kids with another immigrant kids from other countries they will be together in the same classroom in the same society growing up

Good road that to drive on the so called good road na die , speed limit , fine , tax , even the finance to buy the car to drive on the same good road na die , petrol costs

Omo at this stage God will pinkish anyone who wastes thier family inheritance on uk visa cos it’s not worth it

Uk only give hope to people who didn’t have money or had nothing or had no hope prior to leaving nigeria

Anyone with 50 million naira and above already has more wealth than the average British cotizen

To throw all of that away because of good roads and good hospitals is very very sad

What if you enter the so called good hospital and you still die
