This is just great. I now know for certain that you truly listen to us and ready to make Nairaland greater again.

I personally called for this even though my own faith in Jesus for my salvation which I cannot honestly term myself a Christian based on how Christianity has been mixed up with Judaism more so in Nigeria than anywhere else. I can swear to everything you put up as conditions to comment on the Islamic section but I didn't because of the main question "Are you a Muslim?" but the others like; " do you believe that God/Allah is one?", yes I do; "Do you believe that prophet Mohammed is the servant of God/Allah?", yes I do; and "Allah is one and Mohammed is His true prophet?" Yes I do. A true Christian shouldn't have problem agreeing with those statements or questions because they don't contradict your faith as a Christian but I couldn't say honestly that I'm a Muslim that's why I never lied and swore to them because of that first question.

I called for it to be removed for the sake of fairness and in fairness again I request that you create a section for Ifa religion too. The assumption that non Muslims are Christians is subjective. It is a very important religion too and the "iwa pele" that it teaches can help Nigerians become good people too as God wants every religion to lead people to him and become more like Him.

As a true Muslim if you must come to equity you must come with fairness.

People need to see our cultural heritage, our traditional values just as Yoruba is celebrated across the shores of Africa.

When you invest a fortress and its people wish you to grant them the protection of God and His prophet, grant them neither but grant them your protection and that of your companions, for it is less serious to break your guarantee of protection and that of your companions than to break that of God and His Messenger. If you invest a fortress and its people offer to capitulate and have the matter referred to God’s jurisdiction, do not grant this, but let them capitulate and have the matter referred to your jurisdiction, for you do not know whether or not you will hit on God’s jurisdiction regarding them.”

No,we don't agree as Christians,let us Christians have our oath of allegiance to our faith also,you allowed the Muslims to be able to comment on our Christian post for months without us Christians being able to comment on theirs without swearing a oath to their faith and now you just want us Christians to agree to your decision without our consent? There was no need renaming the Religion section entirely if you ask me. You could have just created different subsections under the same "Religion" banner.

Islam already have one. You could have just created another for Christianity, then maybe one for Buddhist practicioners, one for traditionalists (Odinani) etc.

No religion is more important than the other. You of all people should know this.
