It is because I am not based in Lagos at the moment, and I don't have the luxury of time to be traveling back and forth . I rarely have time these days because I have been very busy. Same reason why I have been scarce on this platform for sometime now. I don't know if they would be okay with just emailing some of the documents to them.

I mean their core business which is Fibre to Home. There are a lot of big players in that space like MTN, Airtel, FibreOne, Tizeti, Broadbase etc. and Legend clearly do not have the financial might to compete. Even Starlink that is fast growing is another competitor. Their revenue is abysmal in comparison with this guys. At best they will be able to retain current customers but it will be difficult to grow. Being listed can be another way to cash out.
