But why will they need the man's consent before CS will be done? Doctors here never sort for my consent before my wife delivered through emergency CS. My wife signed all the papers. Nobody should sign a consent form of another person whether married or not. I hope this is not a practice in Nigeria hospitals and FG should correct immediately. Spousal homicide is real. No one should have this much agency over another persons life.

The husband could have made arrangements for this since he knows the type of foól he married.
