I sincerely don't see any meaningful logic in a woman dropping her maiden surname for her husband's. My wife still keeps her surname till date.

I doubt if Tulumbu or Dangote daughters would ever give up their surnames, if your father's name has the capacity to open close doors then I'm sure you'll always want to keep such name.

Everyone with their choice but Hope you guys know that this dies with the woman sha. For example even if she retains her father's surname, her children will bear the husband's own. As a man i won't be worried sef as long as my children will carry on with mine even when I'm gone
