Gradually we are marketing products we don't produce. Giving free adverts to companies that don't even know us personally.

They are like football club fans that know all about players lives but refused to be known. Real fans are at the stadium watching life matches.

No carry people product for head like gala. There are several products working better than popular ones.

What are you saying exactly.. you are discouraging what the group stand for.
Sharing of experience.. stop tagging people giving honest marketers..

We all will keep quiet.

As a bonus, the deye is silent. And my lights don’t flicker when i am running inductive load like washing machine (note that its not normal house indoor light, they are smart lights and are connected to capacitors, the capacitors cause the bulbs to flicker when inductive load is running on the sms inverter, but not a single flicker with the deye inverter)

On point, I am tempted to run all these tests, fingers crossed.

This happens too with my SMS Hybrid inverter when the washing machine is on. I initially thought the load was much on the battery but it doesn't happen with toasting machine or freezer - fridge.
Now I know the reason.

Which one are we even producing among the Renewable Energy components?
Cells? BMS, CC, s?
Local fabricators can't even make decent casings for battery pack.

Hi,

For s:

Jinko 440w x 12 = 5,280w
Cworth 500w x 10 = 5,000w

Total 10,280w

Average sustained production per hour when skies are almost clear of clouds is 8,150wh

For batteries:

51.2v x 486ah (the max I am willing to discharge) = 24.8kwh

Bms is Jk with communication board and 2Amp active balancer

Full charge 55v, float at 54.9v

For inverter:

6kw Deye SUN-6K-OG01LP1-EU-AM2.

It use to be a 10.2kw sms, but i have documented my dissatisfaction with it, so I got the Deye instead. Besides, I realised I dont use more than 4kw at a time, and if eventually I will need more than 6kw at a time, I can always parallel the deye with another deye 6kw inverter to get 12kw.

For monitoring:

1. Inbuilt deye wifi for Deye cloud
2. Solarman
3. Solar Assistant Raspberry Pi 5

Current Load (they are not all turned on at the same time):

Average total daily load is 25kw - 30kw (24hrs)

13kw - 15kw is average night time load (7pm - 7am)

On average I have 50 percent battery left in the morning, except for multiple rainy days.

1xLg 1hp inverter ac (average 9hrs daily)
1xLg 1.5hp inverter ac (currently faulty, usually 3hrs daily)
1xNexus 1hp inverter ac (average 11hrs daily)
1xMicrowave (20mins daily)
1xAirfryer (1hr weekly)
1xCoffee brewing machine (15mins daily)
1xShower water heater (twice/thrice each day)
1xPressure booster pump (automated, on 24/7)
1x1hp sumo (thrice weekly, 30mins per run)
1x13kg washing machine (twice/thrice weekly 1hr per run)
1xHisense heat-pump cloth dryer (twice/thrice weekly 4hrs per run)
1x300l chest freezer (17hrs daily)
1x615L double door fridge (17hrs daily)
1x75inch tv (10 hrs daily)
1x55inch tv (30m daily)
1x Xbox series x digital edition (3 hrs daily, always on standby 24/7)
1x Starlink (running 24/7)
1x Gli.net Router (running 24/7)
1x 2500w steam iron (twice a week)
1x Fan (15hrs daily)
1x kitchen fan (17hrs daily)
1x heavy duty Blender (average once a week for 10mins)
1x Cway dispenser hot and cold (18hrs daily)
—Indoor and outdoor lights (17hrs average daily)
—Smart speakers (24/7 standby)
—Laptop charger, phone chargers, smart switches (always plugged, on standby and used on demand)
— Smart Cameras
— Miscellaneous

Mehn, I doubt your setup is less than 10M

Hi,

1. Yes the Jinko is PV1

When I got PV2 (cworth), jinkos were out of stock at fouani

2. PV2 is actually heavily shaded, out of 10 s, 4 are shaded most of the day depending on the suns position. So PV2 is actually doing incredibly well.

When the PV2 were just 6 unshaded s, I usually got up to 86 percent yield, I then added 4 s which are heavily shaded due to their installation location.

3. Maximum power I’ve seen the jinkos produce is over 5000w out of 5280w, however this is not sustained, it’s usually due to cloud edging effect. The sustained max load I’ve seen is 4,900w

4. Jinko 440w 54HL4R-(V) Mono-facial Module

Also, where are live is always incredibly cloudy and it rains almost daily, its almost impossible to get a perfect solar bell curve yield. Infact, its raining as I’m typing this!

So the s and the multipoint scanning feature of the deye mppts are doing incredibly well.

5. Yes it has a ‘no battery mode’ and it functions like other deye models
Thank you man. You too much

Thanks for the interest in Deriy, let me answer them all.

1, Regarding the production of the battery cell is 2021, please add my WhatsApp, +190 68617017, so that I can check the batch of your product. Because sometimes, the software for scanning is made by human beings, and sometimes it will recognize wrongly, because some software is specially used to scan EVE and CATL kind of batteries.

2, Regarding the BMS's being set to charge at 40amp,I think all my clients in my telegram group know that I had shared a picture of the recommended parameters for BMS, which is as shown in the posted picture and we recommend 280amp charging.

As for your comment that the default value of the BMS is 40, did you click on LIFEPO4 please? so it caused all the parameters to return to the default values?

If you my telegram group, I think I just said in the group a few days ago, our engineers have done all the parameter settings before the battery is shipped from the factory, when you get the battery, please use it directly, you don't need to do any settings.

3, about welded connection. We produced more than 100 pieces of battery packs at the end of last year with welded connections, because it prevents some people from removing the cells and selling them as brand new ones. However, due to the strong suggestion from our customers, we stopped using this kind of connection after that.

Now our connections are all stud connections, as shown in the picture, so you can remove the cells and replace them.

However, we do not recommend this to untrained non-professionals, as it can lead to electric shocks, etc.

Thank you for your attention, your and criticism are our motivation.

pazone:

Except they're not all brand new, at least from the one I tested.

The problem with Deriy 14.3Kwh Hithium White Battery with MCCB is the cells are not brand new. See the attached image of the QR code. How can you say cells manufactured in 2021 are brand new?! Or are these fake QR codes? Whichever it is, it's still false marketing.
The BMS (image attached) was programmed to charge at 40amps, new cells are supposed to charging at 1c. Or are the Hithium cells in Deriy different?
In Southern Nigeria lifepo4 needs to be charged as fast as possible because of the weather, the sky is not always clear like in the north. So anyone with high PV output should be able to charge at 1c or 0.5?

One more thing is the Deriy 14.3Kwh Hithium White Battery with MCCB is not DIY friendly because the cells are welded (image attached)
It won't be easy to replace a cell if something goes wrong in the future. DIYers should have this in mind before buying Deriy battery pack. You get what you pay for but KaylaDeriy shouldn't be marketing these as brand new, they're definitely not.

Nice community you guys have here, researching this battery to get more info & Google landed me on this thread. Capacity test to follow soon, these are first observations.

I'm interested in this Powmr 60A mppt discussion and I don't think I understand the technical given in the suggestions.

I also have a 12v, 2 * 300w s and plan to add

like 500-600w with an mppt controller based on advice I got here.

The only thing stopping me from getting it on jumia is that 720w for 12v systems.

Please if you say 2s2p kindly break it down for some of us who are technically-challenged. That way I can guide my installer on how to go about it.

Thanks

The 400w na tithe

Peterlove11:

I use same 10.2kw sms inverter, but max capacity based on my testing is 8.2kw. It's capacity is overated. Solar generation too is overated, about 300-400w always dey miss when charging my battery. PV generation is showing 2800w but only 2400w dey enter battery with no load , where the 400w Waka go now. One thing going for it is the inverting efficiency. Compared to my previous inverters, the DC(battery power) to AC output is quite good. I didn't expect a 10kva inverter to be that efficient, it's not a power consuming hog. Even the standby consumption(for me DC conversion efficiency is more important than this as most times our inverters are never idle) isnt that bad, roughly 70w

To best of my knowledge, 300Watts s ain't 12-volts Ooo. they're classified as 24-volts even though they could even give you upwards of 30-volts.

12-volts (~17 to 18 volts) Solar s have wattage in the range of 100w to 200w .

Well mayBe I am not so up to date
