Please, I really need a used Dell laptop "not naija used" for my mobile development and video editing work. I'm on a tight budget but I need something solid.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

Processor: Intel Core i7 (8th Gen or newer)
RAM: 16GB
Graphics: 2 or 4GB NVIDIA dedicated graphics card
Storage: 500GB SSD
Display: 15'inches or above
Keyboard: backlit keyboard
Touchscreen: Not a must, but good to have
Battery: Should be strong, please
Condition: Clean, no issues
Budget: Between ₦400,000 – ₦500,000

If anyone has or knows a trusted seller, please help me. This means a lot to me.
