Not good. Selling city+realtor is easier than realtors and selling the reverse for the singular is more difficult than selling the plural. And it's salt lake city, Utah, and this makes it even worse. Because the city version may be available and in the right order. This is bad. And the second one is worse. Ask whoever taught you to guide you properly or you are self thought you should find out the selling keywords for geo names.

After outbounding, I woke to see an email from a prospect who offered $10,000 for the domain.

When I sent the info to this domainer who gave me the domain to outbound, he said I should stop it and not give him BP.

Sincerely, that man was ready to pay $10,000 dollars. Immediately, I told this domainer to change the price to $10k so that I can tell the prospect to make payment.

Voila, something STRANGE happened. This same thing happened to another boss here that gave domain to outbound.

The prospect was SERIOUSLY INTERESTED in purchasing the domain...all he was waiting for was price... I told the boss, let's sale for $476.

We agreed and I sent the price...only for me to see the say thing REPEAT ITSELF.

$10,000 dollar deal gone at closing, another $476 gone at closing of deal...few days to each other!!!

UDRP can't rule against Guy Ravine if he already owned the domain name before OpenAi was ed as a business. Then bad faith can't be established.
The barring of using OpenAi branding while being contestable has nothing to do with the domain ownership (probably not even a subject of litigation). If Guy Ravine has a trademark for OpenAi then he can use it for his marketing within the industry it was ed for.
