Hello big bosses... Have been on this thread for a while.

If you are in need of someone to write your email sales letter for your outbound, including follow up, let's link up.

If you have emails for the domain name ready, I can help with both research and follow up.

If you don't have the emails ready, I can help you with searching for leads through Instagram (most American Businesses in any sector can be found on Instagram).

There are other ways but will need more discussion.

I want to put this here to get verified by the boss.

You can check out my profile.

Okay, thanks for the contribution! How much would you price it based on the metrics?

Truth be told, anything Paypal do not sell above $1,000. The reason Paypalsucks.com sold for $5,751 in 2023 on Namejet was because Paypal had lots of issue with their customers in that year...

from linked bank issues, insufficient fund to card issues which led to lots of payment declines.

So, an angry customer who had issue with PayPal way back in 2012 bought the domain to post about it and post other numerous complaints, from other customers, about Paypal.

And then, with the MULTIPLES amendments of PayPal which led to the hullabaloo of 2023 events, a huge percentage of their customers found the blog (PaypalSucks.com), and it became like a home of CNN reportage to them.

Upon realizing the negative effect of this website, Paypal bought the entire thing for an undisclosed amount and bought the domain for $5,751 and gave it to MarkMonitor—an online brand protecting other brands from negativity through securing of negative domains amongst others.

This is why a sale of $5,751 was recorded for paypalsucks.com

To an end, I will advise you never to think highly of that your domain because other d ones are redirected to a $59 BILLION COMPANY.

Meaning, Paypal is frugal and will never spend more than $6,000 on anything domain. In other words, don't near anything $3k - $5k for that your domain.

Just stay around ×2 of the average price ($2,022) and don't list it on any marketplace or use any lander. Thereafter, approach Paypal via CALL, demanding to speak with the CEO, with a good reason for selling out the domain.

Immediately after the call, send a mail to their email with respect to the discussion you both had on phone.

And watch out for the MAGIC OF RICHARDOMATIC (An Outbounding King).

Success.

The moment you make that call to Paypal about selling the domain to them, just expect their lawsuit. Lol, make he call Paypal customer care demanding to speak with CEO as what? Because he bought a heavily trademarked name?

Don’t let anyone lead you astray, the moment you place that call, it’s game over. It’s better to wait for them to come to you if anything. Paypal is a trademark and trust me you’ll definitely get that cease and desist.

Brandwiser, can you please drop the USPTO trademark details of PayPal here and state why 12 different domains with the word Paypal got sold in different domain marketplaces in the space of about 5 years?

Let me enlighten you about the issue of trademark. If you don't have this knowledge, BIG COMPANIES will make you turn down your ideas just by scaring you with lawsuit.

What PayPal trademarked in 2001 was PayPal and some of their logos wordings...hark unto me...

PayPal DID NOT trademarked PayPalNet.

That was why you see them purchased PayPalNet.net and PayPalNet.org in private sale. If they had trademarked those words, Paypal would NEVER have bought names they'd trademarked.

So, if I own PayPalNet.com and I'm using it for business, Paypal has no trademark right to sue me for using it because OUR NAMES ARE DIFFERENT.

Tell any lawyer or judge to justify the sameness in PayPal and PayPalNet.

Perhaps, you don't know "wh.it.e" people too are corrupt. They do bribe their own too in court to get justified wrongly.

When they know you are knowledgeable and have the money to pursue a case, they hands down for you.

Why do you think PayPal bought PayPalSucks.com for $5,751 in 2023 when they already trademarked their PayPal name in 2001?

BE KNOWLEDGEABLE...ONCE YOU ARE, NO ONE—NO MATTER HOW BIG—WILL CHEAT YOU.

Do you know how trademark works?

When they know you are knowledgeable and have the money to pursue a case, they hands down for you

Does the domainer who ed PaypalNet have the money and time to pursue this case?

You a trademarked name in BAD FAITH and call the trademark owner demanding to speak with the CEO.

Na wa o

PayPal DID NOT trademarked PayPalNet

This means the likes of facebook, instagram, twitter(x) etc will have to trademark their names with every possible keyword known to man.

Please dont post things like this on Namepros.

If you'd owned PayPalSucks.com, I'm quite sure you would have given it to PayPal for FREE because...

1. You are a Nigerian from a poor third world nation.

2. ...because PayPal Inc has trademarked PayPal, so "anything" that has PayPal in it belongs to PayPal...WHAT A CONCLUSION!!!

Thank God the guy who owned PayPalSucks.com was not on Nairaland in 2023 to read SCARING POSTS like these...from our BIG BOSSES in the Nigeria domaining industry.

I beg...let's rest this case before some domainers will begin to call me NAMES.

For the guy who owns PayPalNet.com, you can choose to listen to your gurus here and give the domain to PayPal to avoid UDRP or listen to me and come up with a good reason to hold this name and make cool cash off it.

Believe you me, our gurus here fear OYINBO like Christians fear the ALMIGHTY GOD...they would have told the guy who owned AboutPayPal.org self that he was a f.o.ol for purchasing that domain name from DropCatch auction around $955 or so in 2023.

In fact, this other guy who bought mPayPal.com for $194 in 2023, too, would have been called AN I.D.I.OT for purchasing the domain if he was a Nairalander.

Very soon, gurus here will tell you that if I wear a shirt that PayPalNet is written on, it belongs to PayPal.

Abeggggii...

Let's forget this ooo and continue counting the dollars we just made from the last sale from our outbounding effort.

FOREVER RESPECT BOSS LYKE...big man with big humility.

NOTE: I didn't encourage Afolavid to move ahead with his PayPalNet.com to give newbies the go ahead to names around other people's trademarks; I just want every domainers to realize that there are more sides to this trademark issues than the way an average domaining guru in Nigeria sees it.

My last response to you.

Someone sold LinkedinAutomation .com and there loads of other trademarked names combo with other keywords that get sold.

That it sold, does not mean everyone should go down that part. If you query that guy on why he ed Paypalnet, you will find out its for the wrong reason with no proper understanding.

You dont expect the "gurus" to encourage that

Till date, people still sell Realtor keywords domain names.

You have to know what you are doing before you venture into that. You dont use the exception as a standard.

Mpaypal.com is still for sale since 2023 for $500. Domain that he bought for over $100 till now never see buyer even at $500 asking price. LMAOOO!

AboutPaypal.org is not resolving either so please Mr Man, what exactly is your point? Paypal is not a real word neither is it an English term. It’s CLEARLY a brandname and trust me you do not wanna go down that path. You come talk sey make he call the CEO, as per what exactly? Trust me, when that UDRP comes, it’s gonna hit like a typhoon 😂

You are now responding to post as expected of a guru and not like those unmatured Nairalanders who are keen to insult anyone whose opinion is different from theirs.

I was not even aware that we have those unmatured ones in A PROFESSIONAL INDUSTRY as ours.

I've been on and off this thread since it started, but only comment when needed. Recently, I got an interest and I need to know if it's a positive one or if I'm being baited to get pieces of evidence for an initial UDRP complaint filing. So I quoted someone who was in a similar situation from years back to ask how his went.

As usual, someone else chipped in their 50 cents, which is highly appreciated. I already knew why I acquired the domain and the worst-case scenario, but what surprises me is how some people talk assertively as if there is always only one side to their coin. Someone even said if you query the guy, you will find out it's for the wrong reason with no proper understanding lol.

I asked questions relating to this, in a closed domaining platform and there were tips and safety measures highlighted but as usual, most people on the Nigerian platforms would rather disseminate negative energy than address the issue. My actual question only got one response but when it led to arguments, the thread suddenly became active. Well, no one is encouraging newbies to get into UDRP issues because of one-off issues. Now, we can move on with the thread and skip the back and forth. Thanks

I have someone who can buy it from you for #2,500.

However, i will advise you run THE LAST EFFECTIVE OUTBOUNDING for it to avoid story that touch.

I can help you run the effective outbound, first by email and by US SMS + US calls before you give up on the domain.

Many of my customers are usually surprised to see interested prospects after they've given up on some domains.

If it is about cash, I will give you a subsidized rate that you can afford.

It will be painful to see the domain you sell out for #5k netting more than $500 for another domainer on the same thread you sold it.

My details below...let me know what your decision is.

Not good. Selling city+realtor is easier than realtors and selling the reverse for the singular is more difficult than selling the plural. And it's salt lake city, Utah, and this makes it even worse. Because the city version may be available and in the right order. This is bad. And the second one is worse. Ask whoever taught you to guide you properly or you are self thought you should find out the selling keywords for geo names.
