Any act against the law is a crime, even if it is a lie. A criminal is not only a murderer, fraudster etc.

Cybercrime is any offence committed on the Internet and even Cyber bullying, cyber stalking were mentioned, and not cyber fraud.

A single mother with kids who tried to con a hapless single man into marrying her.

The man discovered her "baggage and encumbrances" and said: "No!!!"

Madam now said: "Wosai!!! Do you know who my father is? You must marry me."

Oga said: "Never! I don't give a hoot who your father is".

Madam then went around, spreading rumors that Oga was gay amongst other allegations.

Do you see this woman?

Her head isn't correct o!!!

Na EFCC de handle cyber crime mainly, not police. Something is not right somewhere

If the cybercrime involves things like scamming money, laundering money, anything crime that involves money being moved online....EFCC is your person

For everything else...Nigeria police. This is a case of defamation. The wanted person defamed someone online. Since it did not involve money changing hands, no need to call EFCC. Call the police.
