As it happens, I saw that link on Twitter, it was by a fake called "US Mission" that have nothing to do with the US High Commission in Nigeria, they just used the same profile picture as US High Commission.

An obviously run by a bitter Obidient, that is your proof. You really need to do some more research on what you bring as proof to avoid being a laughing stock.
