Because she didn't tell you she is born again, that's why she couldn't report her husband to his pastor who is a boss to his husband, when husband locked her outside, but prefer to tell all her marital story for a total stranger that she just met, few days ago.
From ur story, I took that out and related it to my point above. Your story not consistent.

You will be shocked that the person you are counseling is so vulnerable and sexually primed that the greatest emotions flowing through her at that time is a urge to be touched, cuddled, caressed and knacked. I saw everything last night, and my defence began to crack, wane, weakened and almost dissolved completely while the lady was begging time for me to touch her.

It was yesterday I realized that deciding to live a holy life or deciding to be a pastor means that you have only signed yourself into continuous sexual temptation. No wonder most pastors fail! I thought I had won the demon of temptation until I experienced the dimension of counseling a broken married lady.

I won't go into the story. It's a long crazy one. But pastors will understand what I'm saying .... And if you have not counselled a heartbroken woman either married or single... You can never understand. How I escaped without crashing totally is a mystery.
Am not advicing you pastors, I don't believe in your God.... 
But I want to say this generally to men, self discipline and control is very important in a man's life, if you have it you can't fall to any woman's advances.... 
If given the chance to cheat against her husband with you, she will gladly do it and tame it as a mistake...?
Women are natural cheats and liers, what you should do is to counsel her like you are counselling your fellow man, emotions and lust shouldn't be brought to the picture....

Two people who are still sexual active and who aren't blood related, cannot come closer without sexual emotion spring out.

It's not as easy if u are one who was once promiscuous and used to taking advantage of women in the past while in the world. That instinct can kick in when you least expect after giving ur life to Christ.

Two simple but not easy ways to escape:
1. Fasting. Fasting helps you subdue the flesh and any Christian who is not fasting often (at least two days a week) will fall easily.
2. Counsel in an open space or have at least one person with you as assistant.

I love your questions...why would the husband lock her outside? It may not be a cock and bull story, because if you are not in the institution called marriage, some truth(s) are stranger than fiction.
- Is the husband suspecting something about the wife?
- Wife claims to be born again, like you said, but "out of frustration", wants to open up her legs easily to a stranger.
- Women are highly manipulative and will pour everything on your head when the deed is done.
- They can paint the husband badly just to ensure they have what they want
