Nigeria is a poor country and any scammer will easily exploit them because of get rich quick syndrome , people haven’t learnt from MMM and they’re still falling for packaged scammers, any company that’s not giving you money to start a business it’s 99.9% going to scam you.

Very hard to see any Ibo man invest his money in such scheme knowing fully well it will crash one day. If they manage to invest, they will cash out immediately.

Nobody wan die, but everybody wan go heaven.

Nobody wan work, but everybody wan be billionaire.

I have seen more than 10 ponzi schemes in less than 20 years. And on each occasion, I advise friends and family against it. Some listen and walk away, but most still go ahead and lose money. Greed is part of our DNA, a lot of us can't control the greed in us.

Reason Nigerian Pastors are buying Jets and building super church edifices with their families well catered for. They sold the ponzi scheme of prayers and blessings, sowing seeds and grace, tithing and overflowing wealth. Everybody latches on to this and create wealth for the Pastorpreneur!

And the scams will never stop!

I have only heard of CBEX on Nairaland. What da heck is CBEX??

It is a Ponzi scheme designed to fleece greedy and ignorant people of their hard-earned money.

It promises 100% return on investment after 30 days, and claims to trade on digital assets.

It is a modified MMM

$800million? Or was that a mistake?

The 30days is designed to lure people into borrowing…double in 30 days, return the money borrowed.

Mining greed will always be profitable.
