Just look at you. Why aren't comparing other south western states to Anambra?
For your information, Lagos state economy is huge. Even a dummy will perform well in Lagos due to its economic advantage. Lagos should be in comparison with Johannesburg. It's just like comparing FCT to Anambra state.
