(My opinion though) What happened there is more spiritual than physical, that woman was helpless, it won't surprise me if the woman drown during the process, she is literally struggling to keep her ahead afloat, meanwhile the boy has been possessed by the spirit of rape. If this is real then some one or some people really abused this child sexually to the point he has become like this. Not only do they need to investigate and find out the culprits, but the child needs serious rehabilitation and therapy, rehabilitation.
