You are right if it's in term of supremacy but when it comes to senate, senate rules are considered supreme, expecially if it has to do with in-house matters or affairs. Sec 308 of the1999 constitution carter's to only president, vice, governors and their deputies.

All other elected officials are without immunity.

People of a culture designed the Constitution, and the culture was made superior than the Constitution. Blantant lies. Forget Nigeria constitution. Senate standing rules and order is much more stronger than that. Senators are not under the oath to that. They have their rules considered stronger and much enshrined than Nigeria constitution. You can not file a lawsuit against a sitting Senator.

It is my opinion that the cases are going no where, it is yours that it will get somewhere.

We both have a right to our opinions, in the next year or so, it will be clear who got it right.

Mind you my opinion is not based on the merit or otherwise of the case itself, but on her antecedent.
