Where's Twin Faja in the list? Only Abaranje road Ikotun alone, they have four stores. One at Ijegun, one at Ikotun and others scattered around Alimosho. Twins Faja has more stores than Jendol 34 Likes 3 Shares |

Nice one. The next thing is to export these companies to other African countries.

Beremx: I think they are going to miss few other little stores because they are using a standardized supermarket chain reporting. 82 Likes 6 Shares |

The difficult part is to start the first one. Manage that one well and you can get as many others as you can supervise.

So they are comparing Boku with its mainly kiosk like bread stores with Shoprite massive structures? So a store with goods value of 20m is equivalent to one with goods and structure value of at least ₦500m? Funny rating. 122 Likes 10 Shares |

Zionmdde:The ₦500m I even used is a gross underestimation now that I very well the various sections ShopRite has with the various equipment. The machines in the bread and other confectionery section alone is worth at least 100m. So each ShopRite megastore alone should be worth at least ₦2b. This is what one clown is comparing to Boku stores. 70 Likes 9 Shares |

By store count? Who counts business like that instead of its value and assets?

Here in Abuja we never hear or see booku so therefore is inconsequential and invalid ranking

seborrhic: They used number of outlets not minding the size of each outlet This is simple enough You could come up with another ranking by size of outlets or number of staff working in each one 33 Likes 2 Shares |

Twins Faja nko, GB nko... lol... nairametric no do their research well. If na dem dem people get that Bokku or Twins Faja or Jendol now, we for no rest. I even think say na dem go dey 6 outta 10, lol, their face no even show at all. These are the people that pay real tax to the government coffers—tax that the FG collect from here to go and develop the SE. Another day to remind y'all that the Yorubas build Lagos—not like I expect it to be duty of other people, I mean who are the indigines anyway—and stay quiet and humble while at it. Small permit fee wey dem dey pay for Alaba and Ladipo sef (which is the model anywhere in the world o), dem no let us hear word, put beaar beaar for chest like goat, dey shout na we build Lagos, na we build Lagos upandan... Hian, wete ego, chorom ego, ego bu mmiri, ego mpurummmmiri Lol ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 10 Likes 1 Share |

LegendHero:Twins Faja is either super standard or is in the league of standards you find Jendol. I kid you not. Ikotun to Iyanapaja alone, I know two super standard stores of Twins Faja. Meanwhile, Bokku outlets are usually less in size to stores like Twins Faja's. You are more like to find what you're looking for in a bigger sized Twins Faja store than you would in Bokku. However, you're likely to find Bokku closer to you than you would Twins Faja. Pros and cons sha 20 Likes 1 Share |

Buharidgeneral:Lol. You sound daft. Because something is in Abuja, then it's Invalid and inconsequential? Una go just open mouth waaa and talk the trash off una 0.01KB sized IQ brain. If you start your own business, put am for Abuja first, instead of Lagos first. Lol... yahoodetector:Lol mgbeke feeling funky... wahala... heaven knows I can hardly live in that Abuja... no beach, banditry lol... Who born you to con do banditry for Lagos? RRS din pocket you. Dangote, Adenuga, Otedola, and the likes turn Lagos to abode, you dey here dey rant. Sorry o, Abuja first son. Lol 15 Likes 2 Shares |

I can't saw NEXT SUPERMARKET. I can't also saw HMEDIX. At lest HMEDIX has much branches in Abuja. LAGOS. KANO, KADUNA. I was even thought that Peter Obi NEXT will be saw in the list. Obi is not a good management that's why NEXT is not saw in the list. Obi needs to go for a clash curse on how to management a big stores. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Cherrybae: You need a crash course on grammar........your English is atrocious! Meanwhile, I have never heard of boko or bokku na faso! Market square is far more capitalized than the 12 dollars for a dozen stores ...wey yoruba they full for una towns and villages! 22 Likes 3 Shares |

I think only Market Square has a great potential. I first noticed Market Square in PH about two months ago , their location is almost everywhere in PH, then on getting back to lagos , I saw about two locations again . Bukku marts is just selling sugary breads everywhere with small mini mart. Market Square is taking Justrite's glory, Justrite needs to expand to other states.

Roban only operates in the South East. I've never seen any of their stores outside the southeast. But you see that Bokku eh, the rate at which they open stores is scary. I was telling someone that it might be owned by a politician cos even in my area, they've bought all the old buildings and transformed them into their supermarket. The cost of such investments isn't a joke. You've got to have billions on ground to be able to keep up with the pace. 22 Likes 5 Shares |
