Genuine question:

Can NFF do anything to raise the issue to FIFA?

Samson Siasia didn't make Mexican 83 due to WAEC exams when he was in St.Finbaars but made Moscow 85.....I watching Nduka Ugbade,Victor Igbinoba,Dimeji Lawal, Lucky Agbosibavre,Fatai Atere during Kwara 85 sports festival....In the 80s we got them from YSFON,Manuwa Adebanjo cup and Principal cup.....but Japan 93 team started the influx of league players into under 17.

The problem started in the late 80s. After the 1988 Olympics, 3 Nigerian players were found to have falsified their ages. FIFA banned us for two years due to age cheating and Nigeria was stripped the right to host the 1991 World Youth Championship.

They don’t need to raise anything …fifa is aware already …same way Dey acted independently during Shehu saga..none of d opponents reported us den …so it’s no longer a question of if d points will be removed but WHEN it will be removed?

The bigger and more baffling problem here( glaring and obvious as it is) is that we've overplayed the same crop of midfielders/players for the larger part of the last decade...and I'm talking about Ndidi and Iwobi as the anchors of our midfield! the real problem is that we relied on these two guys in that midfield that our coaching staffs and NFF have gotten so lazy and unwilling to try new ideas. The heart and soul of every functioning team lies in its midfield- and in Ndidi and Iwobi, we've failed to exist beyond the palpable limitations of these 2.

What happened to trying new midfielders? We have Daga, Ojediran, Uche, Anjorin and Anthony Dennis who should form the core of a new generation for us with the likes of Onyeka, Onyedika and Fisayo who are our latest midfield boys to provide the balance and experience. Ndidi is a done and dusted player while Iwobi is now a luxury player at best.

In attack, we overplayed the likes of Simon Moses and Chukwueze, heck even Lookman needs some real competition...Osimhen has been largely carrying that attack by himself thanks to his natural hustling and gritty mentality, the attacking outlets around him have been largely inconsistent...Boniface is neither here or there and is fast becoming another Jonathan Akpoborie (effective for club, and inconvenience for country). Lookman has his brillant moments but seems to have been found out by African teams who surely want to prove a point against one of Europe's best players...the less said about Chukwueze the better, and then we have Simon who works hard but has his fair share of low IQ moments.

Why not try other attacking dynamics in Ejuke, Orban, Tella, Akpom, Akor Adams, Ariehi Kparobo, Durosinmi etc

In defence Ekong is too slow, father time came too early for him. We have Igoh Ogbu, Osuji, Benjamin Federick, Ndah, Jordan Torunarigha and then try one or two best picks from the NPFL.

Goal-keeping definitely is begging for a Noah Atubolu, Maduka is back in good form and needs more time and chances, Arthur Okonkwo is doing well as well.

Full back position- Felix Agu is doing well, I don't fancy Osayi one bit...would rather try Bassey in the LB position cause I believe that's his natural position. Let Igoh Ogbu/Osuji be integrated into that center-back position and form the much needed chemistry. Zaidu is still a good utility player for his defensive abilities, and Aina needs an understudy/competition which Agu can provide.

We can try all these players at no risk when we play the unity game this June, a perfect window and mini-tournament to start rebuilding some chemistry among our fringe players and prepare for AFCON and world cup 2030 (I've given up on this one barring a miracle).

Osimhen should be given the captains armband as well

Maybe I'm the only one who hasn't given up hope, and my reason is because SA still has Rwanda to play. Rwanda will fancy their chances to make it to the world cup, and they have an axe to grind due to the political tensions between the two countries considering SA's role in the DRC where the Rwandan backed M16 was doing some clean up.

SA will either lose that match or get a draw at best to remain in 11 points after being ducked 3 points.

I will say it again, I always fancy our chances against SA in SA. There is no better place for the eagles to play against SA than in SA.

Breaking news;

Big boost for the super eagles of Nigeria qualifying hopes as CAF finally deducts The bafana bafana of South Africa 3 points and award the 3 points to Lesotho and a 3~0 victory to Lesotho 🇱🇸 for the fielding of Teboho Mokoena who was supposed to be suspended for that match against Lesotho for accumulated yellow cards.

This means South Africa 🇿🇦 now have 10 points n the super eagles close in with their 7 points ..

It now means if the super eagles of Nigeria wins their remaining 4 matches, they qualify automatically for the World Cup .

Pain went down to the people from kuvukiland 😊

It's too early to conclude. FIFA is yet to appointment disciplinary committee on this case and Lesotho is yet to table the matter. SAFA is pressuring them not to.
Since the NFF put us in this mess, let them also keep Pressuring FIFA to do the needful. It is their job cos they put us in this mess.
Lesotho may not even need the 3points, We do.

Oga nothing concern Lesotho with FIFA's decision. Whether Lesotho tables a case or not, that won't affect FIFA'S decision as long as SA has been found guilty of breaching the regulations. How many times do you want us to say this before you understand it?

Yes the trios of Siasia,Andrew Uwe and Dahiru Sadi,NFF made terrible mistakes in going to Seoul 88 Olympics with data base, funny Olympics then was not an age competition so why?....Dahiru Sadi made under 20 team to Mexico, Samson Siasia and Andrew Uwe under 20 team to Moscow 85,Uwe then was undergraduate in University of Ife,while Siasia finished secondary school 83 but made the team in 1985, meaning they're young.

My point in the 80s Nigeria relied on YSFON,Manuwa Adebanjo cup,Youth sports festival, Principal cups,NUGA and NIPOGA games but after missing out in 1991 due to the ban, Nigeria resulted to league to discover players for under 17.

I love your points but no time to on this route....Uche Christanus has ed the test by doing it weekly and he is the missing link, regarding CB,Ogbu already got his invitation, fact we need ball playing CB and Olisa Ndah fit the bill but I will suggest Leon Balogun back to the team as squad member....no Africa team has find Lookman out ....Aina and Osayi okay for RB position.

Chelle should stop playing players out of positions

Nig v Rwa(can we do a double against them?)

Les v SA (if SA get deducted off 3 points, these game will be a tough one for them, but sure they will likely beat Lesotho again)

Ben vs Zim(can zimbabwe hold Benin to another draw?…Genot rohr no longer have that bite again, his team plays nonsense…Zimbabwe may win this game or still draw the match)

as a Nigerian, i await FIFA’s Verdict on SA

South african may push this to politics, Lesotho is like a state within SA. A landlocked country at that matter. This is a very sensitive issue and SAFA is willing to do anything to get this qualificaton. They know what's with at stake with Nigeria.

Lesotho doesn’t need to table the matter for FIFA’s hammer to land on South Africa

SA is 90% likely to have 3 points and 3 goals deducted and awarded to Lesotho

Even I read few days ago online that SA’s team manager is on the verge of been sacked because of this big mistake and that the FA are doing all they can to remedy the issue which doesn’t seem likely
