These are fact.. It's just like a gbagi man saying he is not Hausa.. An average nigeria man see gbagi people, as Hausa and every other thing is a political creation.. You derive your identity from the largest and dominant group around you(their culture influence and so you are one).. If there trouble in the North or SW tomorrow, no northerner or Yoruba man will begin differentiating between ss or se, you will be dead throway once you ain't Hausa or Yoruba.. The earlier SS and SE come together to fight as one the better forthem same with the northerners, the earlier they come together and fight their wicked leaders as one tue better for them..

Thank you for telling them the truth. If you are a Christian southerner and are not Yoruba, you will be regarded as Igbo by most Northerners/Yoruba people. These SS people need to understand this so they can better protect themselves.

I was at Gowon estate some years ago to check out a piece of item someone wanted to sell, when I got their I met his yoruba landlord who was busy telling me that the guy is my brother.
As it turns out, the guy is Edo.

The truth remains, most minority tribe in South claim to be Igbo, when cut in crime related issue. But there tribe get reveal after proper investigation.

Most, Southsouth sub tribe or minority tribe answers Igbo name, and so some bad eggs among claim Igbo when get cut.

Same goes to Northern part of the country, there are many minority tribe. Many of them too answer Hausa Fulani names, but they are not Hausa Fulani by tribe.

Same, in Southwest we have minority tribe too. They answered Yoruba name but, they're not Yoruba by tribe.
