Do whatever gives you peace. That said, I've done over $1k transaction there without issues. The thing I've noticed is that most find it difficult to follow the rules of engagement. Crypto space is filled with so many frauds so both seller and buyer are super cautious. For someone that's been in the space for long, it's easy to understand why.

you'll get your refund as DHL will indicate the receiver's details and certificate of delivery. That's your evidence for dispute to receive your refund. Most times, seller won't even show up during the dispute process.
