Stop taking loans from loan apps
Just go to the Bank you are using for your salary.
It's very cheap internet rate.

I’m not talking about loan app, I’m talking about the loan for civil servant , mind you it not all banks that gives loan to salary , though i understand what you are saying .

Delay and irregular salary payments have unfortunately become the norm. It's not even a substantial amount, yet it is frequently delayed. Very wicked lots in this country!
