You won't want your country to be run like North Korea.

1. The same corruption you complain about in Nigeria, is there too.

2. Hundreds of DPRK citizens flee across the border to China and then take several routes to get to South Korea.

3. There are thousands of people in prision camps , some for something their relative said against the government, and some for not reporting anti-government propaganda.

4. No freedom of belief or freedom to critique the government.

5. When you leave the cities, the poverty hits you in the face. Big time

6. The economy is basically on life from China.

The problem with you Nigerians is that you see other peoples problems before you see your own. I listening to some Nigerians laughing at China's political system some years back, and I couldn't just stop shaking my head. Life in China is a billion times better than life in Nigeria. So why are they laughing? Because you have democracy? Democracy of the poor!?

There are more Nigerians running out of the country on daily basis than North Koreans . More Nigerians dying in the Sahara.., more Nigerians drowning in the Mediterranean.., more Nigerians walking through the Sahara, swimming through the Mediterranean, only to become prostitutes in the streets of Milan! Ponder on that one a bit..

Corruption is far less in a place like North Korea, because of the ruthless death penalty. Far far less when compared to the monument to sqaundermania called Nigeria.

If you hear about a coup plot against any government in Nigeria and refuse to report, it is treason! Same punishment in Korea awaits you. People were killed in Nigeria because of this.

As per freedom of belief, more Nigerians have been killed by practitioners of one religion or the other over their refusal to follow a particular religious path. the stoning of the lady to death in sokoto? Was anyone arraigned for that?

Let's not talk about your ramblings as it regards poverty. Nigeria has been certified as the poverty capital of the world. So I'm not sure what you are on about

Why then do you call it the most well planned city in Africa when you aren't 'dickmeasuring' it with other African cities? Or haven't you heard people refer Abuja as such?

I see our problems and I also know I won't want to live in north Korea.

I've heard enough about that country.

And no, nothing like what you are saying.

And next time,, don't accuse me of being ignorant about Nigeria's problems

Perhaps you are still not getting the point. If you read my original post, I said if you are talking about well organized city then you are right, I only cited onitsha and enugu as a case of city without lands. BTW enugu still try as a modern city except maybe you have not been there before.

Nobody is telling you to go and live in North Korea or that life in NorthKoreais amazing, just don't malign a peaceful country simply because you are too lazy to do your own research. That country has been able to attain all the high technological heights within the last few years in the face of the worst sanctions imposed on any country on planet earth. There is no doubt that those sanctions and communism have played major roles in undermining the countrys abilities to reach greater heights. BUT, next time, try to read alternative news to whatever you gobble from western propaganda mouthpieces. Almost everything they tell you about that country, are pure lies. Someone will sit in Washington and be writing about how political dissidents are killed with missiles. Pure propaganda..
